The authors consider concepts “productive force” and “labour productivity” on the concrete example taken from the literature, and pay reader’s attention to “entertaining arithmetic” or mess that economists might have while observing scientific definitions of these concepts in practice. The authors give the understanding of these economic categories.

The article deals with the problem of developing the qualities of femininity in girls of the sixth year of life. The urgency of this problem is due to profound changes in society, as there is an intensive confusion of gender ideas about male and female roles, the value of gender is lost. Femininity is a complex formation. In the sixth year of life, children have already formed an idea of ​​their gender, and children are able to characterize it by certain signs. At the same time, it is quite difficult for children of this age to identify meaningful characteristics, to highlight the qualities that characterize children as representatives of a certain gender. The analysis of the possibilities of the plot-role-playing game as a means of developing femininity is presented.

This article discusses the features of progressive systems of effective management of material resources in Russia and abroad. The theoretical position of inventory management systems is analyzed, the application of these systems by mining companies is considered. Based on a comparative analysis, a conclusion was drawn on the management of material resources as one of the main indicators of the effectiveness of the mining industry.

Crosby in America; one of the most important management properties influences, that reflects a lot of good looks and positions, is considered to use the leading provisions of the concept of TQM. Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.

A comprehensive assessment of the results of the state program implementation of the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district – Yugra of the culture development in the conditions of the economic crisis was carried out. It is shown that, under the condition of planned state municipal management and regulation it is possible to implement the programs of the cultural sphere development. An attempt to specify the typology of female images in the novels of I.S. Turgenev is made in the article. Three main variations are revealed: "Turgenev`s girl", possessing high spirituality, purity, strength of character; "infernal woman," having something magic, correlated in the works of the writer with the motive of love-power; a woman-mother, in which, on the one hand, the features of the lady mistress of the aristocratic estate, hungry for adoration, worship, which carries a shade of falsehood, are pointed out, and on the other hand, the mother of the family, giving her relatives warmth and love. However, all female images are described with psychological realness and depth.

The article examines capabilities of Russian zoophonic verbs (those describing sounds produced by animals) to create semantic modifications. Using the appending inventory of zoophonic verbal modifications from novel sources, previously unused in lexicographic practices, the open (infinite) nature of semantic modifications’ domain, its composition and the fluidity of its lacuna zones are shown. The structure of zoophonic verbal modifications is examined; verbal modifiers, non-typical for this lexical-semantic group of verbs, are inventoried. The obstacles to successful production of semantically modified derivatives during different stages of synthesis are classified by several criteria: denotative, semantic, and distributive. The research findings demonstrate the peculiarities of Russian zoophonic verbs’ behavior as well as map out their modification capabilities during the process of synthesis.

Under the influence of globalization, which we can now observe in all aspects of production, as well as the opening of markets and economies, outsourcing cannot be ignored by the management of the enterprise. Nevertheless, the gap between theory and real practice still exists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm for introducing outsourcing into the practical activities of the enterprise.

Present article is devoted to the consideration of philosophical aspects of suicide causes. The suicide problem is one of the most urgent problems of the modern world. Attention is drawn to different points of view regarding this problem. As an example, the thoughts and arguments of philosophers of different times are given. Having considered the views on this problem, the authors cite the relationship between the causes of suicide and the social phenomena of society. Particular attention is paid to the causes of teenage suicide, as well as the impact of social networks on the worldview of adolescents. The basic prerequisites of suicide are defined: alcoholism, drug addiction, depression. The article calls everyone to think over the meaning of life and over their life guides. The authors propose in the conclusion their own way of solving this problem.
