The article presents the design of the refrigerant compressor characterized in that, in order to improve performance and operational reliability, each silencer is equipped with a cooling casing connected to the cooling jacket of the cylinder by means of a capillary tube, and the inlet pipe of the cooling medium is connected to the cooling housings. The article also presents the design of the stand for testing the proposed cold-rolled compressor for operational reliability with enhanced functionality.

Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.

A comprehensive assessment of the results of the state program implementation of the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district – Yugra of the culture development in the conditions of the economic crisis was carried out. An attempt to specify the typology of female images in the novels of I.S. Turgenev is made in the article. Three main variations are revealed: "Turgenev`s girl", possessing high spirituality, purity, strength of character; "infernal woman," having something magic, correlated in the works of the writer with the motive of love-power; a woman-mother, in which, on the one hand, the features of the lady mistress of the aristocratic estate, hungry for adoration, worship, which carries a shade of falsehood, are pointed out, and on the other hand, the mother of the family, giving her relatives warmth and love. However, all female images are described with psychological realness and depth.

The article examines capabilities of Russian zoophonic verbs (those describing sounds produced by animals) to create semantic modifications. Using the appending inventory of zoophonic verbal modifications from novel sources, previously unused in lexicographic practices, the open (infinite) nature of semantic modifications’ domain, its composition and the fluidity of its lacuna zones are shown. The structure of zoophonic verbal modifications is examined; verbal modifiers, non-typical for this lexical-semantic group of verbs, are inventoried. The obstacles to successful production of semantically modified derivatives during different stages of synthesis are classified by several criteria: denotative, semantic, and distributive. The research findings demonstrate the peculiarities of Russian zoophonic verbs’ behavior as well as map out their modification capabilities during the process of synthesis.
