В работе говорится, что производительность является долговременным фактором обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста и сохранения конкурентоспособности, как национальной экономики в целом, так и отдельных деловых единиц. Чтобы сохранить и упрочить свое рыночное положение, организации должны обеспечивать необходимое качество трудовой жизни, на которое влияют такие факторы, как уровень технологии, организация труда, стиль и методы управления производственными процессами. Поэтому поток инвестиций в человеческий капитал должен быть непрерывным. Тем не менее, практика функционирования российских организаций показывает, что в настоящее время нельзя говорить о полномасштабных инвестициях в человеческий капитал.

Currently, problems related to the effectiveness of property management are increasingly being discussed by analysts and specialists at professional conferences, forums and specialized media. This is primarily due to the growth in the scale of real estate involved in turnover, the complexity, heterogeneity of the structure and composition of property complexes, the increase in the owner's budget for the management and development of real estate. Obviously, when choosing a management mechanism, it is necessary to take into account the purpose of the property, its composition, as well as the goals and tasks that the owner will pursue when using it. Proceeding from this, in this article problems of real estate management are considered as an independent direction of the service industry. Based on the analysis of international experience and domestic developments, the features of the Russian real estate market are explored.

Many components used in machines and equipment of the oil and gas complex are made by casting. Casting is one of the oldest and main methods of obtaining metal products and blanks. The main advantage of casting production in oil and gas industry is that it is possible to produce any component or spare part of the machine and equipment used in the extraction of oil and gas of various configurations and masses. Oil and gas equipment is a product operating under difficult climatic conditions, therefore the used parts manufactured by casting must have high accuracy and sufficient strength, i.e. have improved operational performance characteristics.
