The article discusses the features of a restaurant business and need to automate this activity using innovative information technologies. Describes the developed information system for automation of the service in the restaurant by using the technology of indoor positioning "Beacon". Implemented information system allows to reduce expenses for personnel, eliminates errors that depend on the human factor and allows to accelerate and optimize the functioning of the entire enterprise.

В данной статье охарактеризованы особенности компаний среднего бизнеса. Обоснована необходимость разработки интегрированных информационных систем для исследуемых компаний. Перечислены решаемые задачи после внедрения информационной системы на примере компании курьерской службы.

According to the author, modeling the systems of personnel management is a complex and multifaceted process and its basic step is to assess the system, including analysis of the structures, processes, and company/organization personnel quality through carrying out audit of the personnel management system.

This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.

This article is intended to identify advantages of applying process-oriented approach to the increased efficiency of medical support quality management. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve a number of tasks, consisting in the implementation analysis of definitions and identifying the specifics of medical support quality management contributed to confirming formulated hypothesis according to which administrative approach in quality management in the provision of medical services has less managerial potential than the process-oriented method, and it is more oriented to meet the needs of individuals in high-quality and affordable medical care. Theoretical and methodological basis is laid down by principles and aspects of activity and system approach as well as common management patterns acting as programmability of social actions applied in process-oriented approach. The author used methodology of the regulated influence of pursued policies and programs and such sociological methods of work as the collection, analysis, generalization, systematization of information.

In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

The article discusses the role of independent learning of foreign languages as an effective form of language education, that promotes acquisition of strong language skills and raises the interest in the foreign language among students. The author pays attention to the goals and objectives of independent learning, its organization, content, types and forms. The paper outlines the main concepts of intercultural communication in modern foreign language educational environment. It touches upon the major problems of teaching intercultural communication regarding culture and language teaching approaches, goal setting, culture and language based activities. The action plan of teaching culture and language consists of several stages: cultural concept orientation, reception, cognition, evaluation and reflection and is introduced as an effective tool for intercultural competence development.

The article describes the main parameters that determine both the traction ability of the transmission and the life of the belt, which is the magnitude of the belt tension and its correspondence to the actual transfer load. The appendix shows the characteristics of the belts and their elasticity: shortening the belt when stitching or cross stitching for pulling; periodic movement.

According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. The paper seeks to examine opportunities to create multi-agent systems (MAS) in the service sector. Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. The research shows that the problem posed by the author requires further study and clarification of results
