The article deals with the main components of the model of the process of designing the didactic space of the teacher with the help of in-house training of the teaching staff of the school. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of the offered model are defined. The proposed diagnostic tools allow to fix external and internal changes in the professional activity and in the semantic sphere of the teacher, as well as qualitative changes in the students with whom the teacher works. A level approach to assessing the formation of the didactic space of the teacher on the set of indicators of the proposed criteria is proposed.

The article represents an option of shared use of the solar energy equipment and traditional thermal equipment, which allows system to work from single heating room, and from solar energy in combined form.
