This article researched the problems and prospects of the Northern Sea Route. Currently, the Route is Euro-Asian transcontinental maritime transport corridor. It is one of Russian priorities. The Northern Sea Route, as an international transport system, remains a reserve of international transport system, which conceals in itself huge potential of the international cooperation and development of the Russian Arctic.

The author convincingly reveals and proves the advantages of using the electric drive Simoreg 6RA7088–6KS22: increase in durability and re-liability; reduction of commissioning and repair work; the decrease in the number of staff; increased productivity and economic efficiency from the installation of a DC motor with controlled by microprocessor Converter Simoreg 6RA7088–6KS22, compared with the DC motor controlled by thyristor voltage Converter of the type KTU-K14-UHL1.

The article draws attention to the fact that, in accordance with the peculiarity of proving the guilt of the accused in the criminal process, it is not possible to build a united system of interbranch prejudice in the judicial system. In the conclusion, the author notices that applying of undoubted prejudice does not provide for progressing of the criminal court procedure and makes difficulties in applying the procedural law.
