The article substantiates the need to develop a basic methodology for investigating crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs due to the fact that these crimes are inextricably linked, interdependent and can not be carried out separately from each other in principle. The existing separate private methods develop recommendations for the investigation of specific types of crimes, for example, only smuggling of these funds or their sale and they are not connected with each other. In this regard, it is not possible to trace the whole cycle of criminal activity from the introduction of controlled means to illicit trafficking prior to their sale. Therefore, the basic methodology for investigating such crimes will allow us to trace the whole chain of criminal acts and to reveal all the circumstances that affect the full and objective investigation of such crimes.

The paper deals with methodological basics for database evolution on the consequences of manifestations of natural hazards in order to study the spatial and temporal regularities of hazardous natural processes, the estimation of probability in frequency of manifestations of hazardous natural processes in different regions of the Russian Federation and the natural hazard mapping. This article adduses quantitative analysis of values preferences in different periods of life as well as qualitative analysis of these values in each age group.

The experimental studies of density distribution of the particles of a mixture of wheat, oats, rye to feed pigs by infrared heating at the time of stay and temperature at the exit of the installation. The purpose of the work is to study the quality of treatment of the product with the settings with the screw and the screw with installed round jumper on the pen of the screw. Screw installations with infrared emitters of selected wavelength give the opportunity for intense and continuous heat treatment process. The authors used the optimal parameters of the process with the screw and the screw with installed round jumper on the pen of the screw. The parameters of screw installation during the study were the following: the number of revolutions of the screw was 10 rpm, density of heat flux was 12 kW/m2, output capacity – 250 kg/h.

Using a comparative law method this article describes the similarities and differences in the obligations as a result of the injury in the Russian Federation and other countries of continental legal family, characterizes the responsibility for harm caused by deficiencies of goods, jobs and services under the laws of the countries in the Anglo-Saxon legal family. The work also suggests the ways to improve the legislation.

The article researches the equation with infinite degrees of stairs (tetration). Tetration is not an elementary function, so the application to the solution of the arguments, that are suitable for algebraic and transcendental functions, leads to erroneous and paradoxical conclusion. The work presents the numerical analysis of the set of solutions of the equation with titration and makes some conclusions of the solvability of the problem for different values of the right-hand side of the equation.

В данной статье раскрываются конкурентные преимущества событийного туризма перед другими его видами: уникальность, комплексность и многоаспектность, всесезонность, высокая доходность и регулярность, неистощимость по содержанию, возможность для брендирования целой территории, а также в ней выявляются необходимые для развития этого туризма ключевые ресурсы в форме различных культурных мероприятий, использующих богатое культурно-историческое наследие народов Южной Сибири. В статье делаются выводы, что все указанные мероприятия в этом регионе регулярно проводятся, привлекая многих туристов. Но специальных туров на эти мероприятия не существует, турфирмы не занимаются разработкой и реализацией таких турпродуктов, поэтому и масштабы привлечения туристов не отличаются большими объемами. Т. е. эти события являются пока только неэффективно используемым ресурсом.

В работе приведены точки зрения китайских ученых о последствиях татаро-монгольского ига, его влиянии на формирование черт русского характера. Приведен анализ работ русистов разных научных школ. Сделаны выводы, что татаро-монгольское иго нашло отражение и положительных, и отрицательных качеств русского человека.

В представленной статье рассматриваются этнокультурные особенности географического изучения историко-культурного наследия. Определена роль культурно-территориальных общностей в формировании и изучении наследия.

The article describes one of the models of deployment of work in regions with objects of intangible cultural heritage. The generally accepted definition of the object of the intangible cultural heritage is given, the main organizational, scientific and methodological principles and forms of this work of the Center for the Development and Conservation of Folklore, a branch of the Center for Popular Culture of the Ulyanovsk Region, and the first results obtained are disclosed.

Креативная индустрия рассматривается сегодня как один из механизмов развития экономической стратегии регионов страны. Источником появления креативных новаций на творческом уровне выступает потенциал многих профессий социально-культурной деятельности при условии поддержки в виде информационных коммуникаций. Обзор научных статей и дискуссий показывает настороженное отношение учёных, искусствоведов, педагогов-практиков к смещению национально-художественных ценностей России на периферию информационно-технологической стратегии развития. Одной из проблем образовательной подготовки творческих кадров мы определили отсутствие доступного механизма патентования авторских методик и тренингов, формирующих художественно-технологический коридор перехода с учебного уровня на коммерческо-художественный. Многие выпускники творческих вузов, получив диплом, не подготовлены к самореализации в условиях современной креативной индустрии.

В статье подчеркивается значимость образовательного этнокультурного туризма в решении проблем межэтнической коммуникации. Автор рассматривает школьную этнографическую экспедицию в системе средств поликультурного образования как определенную педагогическую систему, состоящую из изучаемого объекта, исследователя-наблюдателя и средств (инструментов) наблюдения – программы исследования и избранной методики сбора и фиксации полученных материалов.
