What is the «world economy», «world economy» and «world community»? We will not be able to understand their essence if we adhere to the so-called «universal» or, say, «pan-European» point of view. L.N. Gumilev very correctly emphasizes: «what is usually called «world history» is a way of presenting material when a point of reference is arbitrarily chosen» - chosen on the basis of a certain value systems that the ethnic group had chosen long before. The article is devoted to students' training in decorative drawing, styles of stylization in the depiction of plants, flowers. The value of visual-dectic manuals for the stylization of natural objects is determined. Typological and functional characteristics of educational and visual aids are given. The specifics of the educational and visual aid in the form of a workbook on decorative drawing are revealed. It is proved that one of the effective types of methodological visual aid is a workbook in which examples with the phased performance of stylization, and tasks for independent implementation, which, with the help of practice and visualization, will help to help more detail the basics of graphic design.

The main task of methodological work at the university is to link into a single methodological block the entire system of scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of training areas at the Institute, and not just individual disciplines, to significantly improve the quality of bachelor's and master's training on this basis. The educational and methodological work provides for improving the quality of methodological training of the teaching staff, the development of thematic plans, methodological manuals and other methodological materials. The characteristic of Russian legal entities, which in some respects is similar to the state Association has been considered. Special attention is paid to public-law companies/public corporations/public companies. The authors conclude that public enterprises are the best form of legal entity for centralized regulation of certain economic sectors and propose the improvement of Russian legislation on legal entities.
