The development of space technologies is not only a sign of the development of the economy and industry of the country, but also helps to advance a number of both related and distant in its essence industries: the agro-industrial complex, ecology, the sphere of security, navigation. These circumstances confirm the relevance of the study. Considering the presence of numerous features of the space industry, such as its secrecy and secrecy of production and technology development, publicly available projects of the state corporation Roscosmos were chosen as the main object of this review article. The article substantiates the need to assess dual-use technologies, their relevance and usefulness. Objectively, the considered examples are only a small part, which does not describe the entire situation in the space industry, but the projects described make it possible to understand the value of using existing developed products in both military and civilian industries.

The structuring of the global and national markets for space services is based on the use of two main approaches, the difference between which consists in using structuring by customer categories and by type of product (service).

When designing modern sports complexes for architects and designers, it is necessary to work out both the ideological and functional aspects of the project. To create comfortable conditions, to ensure the requirements of acoustics, noise insulation and thermal insulation of it from other rooms and the environment, the design of the sports complex's coverage becomes crucial. Bearing coating structures are the most important constructive element of sports facilities. To date, there have been developed sufficiently typical projects with frequently used spans from 18 to 36 m. Coatings with a span of more than 36 m are already considered atypical and are designed individually, based on conditions. Analyzing the existing sports facilities, it was found that a wide distribution as a covering of buildings of sports facilities with a span of up to 60 m was obtained by plane structures: arches, trusses, frames. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the plane structures of the cover for a span of 60 m in the LIRA-SAPR program complex: a truss with steel columns and a steel frame is carried out. All load sensing and effects on structures are specified in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

In the article the significance of the practices of participation in theater studios for the processes of socialization of young men and girls is substantiated. Practices of operating, participants in stage activities, cultural forms, as ways of their deconstruction and creative development are considered. The possibilities of a dialogue between amateur theaters and the public are articulated, as a form of integration of youth into social space.

These conditions leave their imprint on the space-planning and design solutions of buildings. Modern indoor sports facilities are distinguished by their original appearance, large capacity, unusual shapes and coating designs. The use of large-span structures makes it possible to make maximum use of the load-carrying qualities of the material and thereby obtain light and economical coatings. The most promising and economical are thin-walled spatial architectural and construction structures for covering buildings and structures. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

The article deals with the main components of the model of the process of designing the didactic space of the teacher with the help of in-house training of the teaching staff of the school. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of the offered model are defined. The proposed diagnostic tools allow to fix external and internal changes in the professional activity and in the semantic sphere of the teacher, as well as qualitative changes in the students with whom the teacher works. A level approach to assessing the formation of the didactic space of the teacher on the set of indicators of the proposed criteria is proposed.

The key factors having an impact on decline in production of work and falling of level of quality of products in the aerospace industry are considered in the article. The analysis of dynamics of development of the aerospace industry is carried out, the statistical data characterizing position of the Russian aviation industry on the world scene are provided. Loudspeakers of the index of labor productivity are analyzed, its influence on quality of products of the industry is estimated. Interrelations are revealed and proved, the tendency to improvement of the situation in the industry is planned.

This article discusses the current state of the climate and its possible impact on the manifestation of natural phenomena. A database on the consequences of dangerous natural processes on the territory of Russia is presented. The principles of its preparation and use for various purposes are substantiated. On the basis of statistical analysis of data on the consequences of manifestations of dangerous natural processes revealed patterns of their manifestations in space and time. The periods of time of increase of total number of events and emergency are allocated.

The author notes, that, unfortunately, the phenomenon of poverty has become chronic in our country. For the whole period of the researchers of the issue there were a lot of methods of regulation proposed to regulate the poverty. However, it is worth to mention the difference in efficiency of the methods and also to mention about the possibility of their use in a particular case. Today the offering necessity of the expansion of social support for supporting households with children has become one of the basic methods to regulate the processes of progressive poverty. Perhaps, such a direction in regulating the spread of poverty will become a crucial in this struggle.

This article provides studies of radiation (radon) characteristics of premises in the Volgograd Region. The purpose of the study was to identify factors of the radiation background caused by radon in civil engineering objects. The regularities of radon distribution at the objects of the building complex are determined depending on the influence of various factors. The studies made it possible to calculate the average annual effective equivalent doses of exposure to the population of the Volgograd Region caused by radon and daughter products of decay.

The pupils of Nakhimov Naval School Branch in Sevastopol learn different painting techniques at Art lessons. Nakhimovites do research work and select portraits for creative work. Implementation of the idea mobilizes nakhimovites, showing their artistic and creative potential. Using monotyping technique, which combines both printmaking and painting qualities, nakhimovites prepare creative works for the “Newsreel of the war-time” student projects exhibition.

The article analyzes the research scientists devoted to the constructs "educational space", "regional educational space", "multicultural education space." The authors propose to use the term " regional polymental educational space" as a scientific category, are sufficient to show the various manifestations of the Russian mentality, which must be taken into account in education to ensure save of national, regional values and traditions in a multicultural, multi-ethnic, multi-confessional Russian society.
