This scientific article discusses controversial issues and shortcomings of the theoretical and practical basis of the Russian inheritance law.

The problem of competence of parents in matters of education of children in the family is an urgent socio-pedagogical task that requires a comprehensive response of society and the state in its solution. No less important is this problem for an incomplete family. The article deals with the issues of development of competence of parents from single-parent families in the problems of family education, the possibility of increasing the "parent competence" by means of implementation of technology of socio-pedagogical design and implementation of the student project "Improvement of parental potential in single-parent families. School for parents".

There are two different ways to transmit the AC electric power for a long distance: a compensated, the half-wave and tuned to half-wave transmissions. The compensation of the wave length is an effective way to increase the distance and the capacity of the transmission line. Through the wave length compensation it might to give to a long distance line the properties of the short line (except the active power losses). But with the distance and capacity increasing also increases a capacity of the compensation devices. Therefore, usage of the half wave and tuned to a half wave transmission lines to transmit an AC electric power for a long distances is more effective because there is no need to additional expenses to reactive power compensation by the stability conditions. The boundary length of the tuning to a half-wave is defined in article. The advisability of the tuning to a half-wave is arises when the length of the line more than 1500 km. Otherwise it recommended to tune the line to a «zero length».

The article discusses some questions on methodological basis of educational and role model implementation of information support for adult education in the context of adaptation and role resonance. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. Speaking of the educational and role model individuality he stresses that sensual obviousness of the educational and role model is relative, fragmentary and it plays a support role. According to the author it is important to pay much attention to gnoseological capacity of the educational and role model during the process of information support of adult education.

According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a set of various interrelations and the relations of economic entities which are based on a basis of self-government and membership of participants of corporation on long-term contractual and contract conditions. The research of rational integrated solutions for the preservation of historic sites in Russia today is a priority in the restoration, for the purpose of successful implementation of new methods and modern international developments on the restoration and conservation of monuments. Inner reinforcement discussed in this article shall be the most efficient and technologically advanced method of strengthening the internal structures of architectural monuments in their conservation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

This article discusses the economic potential and development trend of Chuvash Republic. All important economic indicators of Chuvash Republic like, Gross Regional Production (GRP), employment, export, import, performance of credit organization, per capita income have been taken into consideration to analyze economic performance. This paper also shows how any increase in per capita income effects socio-economic condition. Finally, this paper proposes adequate and proper measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in policy formation and use of financial resources in Chuvash Republic on the basis of analysis. Only secondary source of data has been used for analysis.

Estimation of the demographic capacity of the city of Novorossiysk through private demographic capacity in the territory, water and recreational resources spent. It is shown that the demographic capacity of territory or a number of indicators have already exceeded, or will be exceeded in the near future.

The article presents research-based materials, indicating the current problems of land of reindeer pastures in the Nenets Autonomous District, which are expressed by a lack of large- and medium-scale geobotanical maps that capture the state of the vegetation cover under the influence of agro-climatic and anthropogenic impacts and regional norms of feeding the reindeer for solutions on the rational use of pastures.

The article presents the results of researches of subsistence allowance operational characteristics developed by low metal solar distillation device with a new type of transparent coating. It was found out that the density of integral solar radiation and specific heat materials of the desalination plant affected the character of the daily subsistence allowance productivity. During the summer months, the maximum time of a desalinate productivity shifted to afternoons.

The article carries out an analytical review of different approaches to defining the “green economy” phenomenon. The main fields and ways of using this term are described. The existing environmental management tools (environmental impact assessment, certification, auditing and the best available techniques) do not allow to evaluate environmental compatibility of projects and technologies, and are not able to specify the ways of their optimization. The authors suggest estimates of non-wastes, specific consumption, ecological and economical effectiveness, land capacity. The efficiency of reducing their values to a single integral component was proved in the article.
