Abstract: the article discusses measures to reduce the inflation rate in the Russian Federation, as well as inflation expectations in the future.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. Based on the fact that ecological educational environment of marine technical university acts as a guarantor of risk minimization criteria of efficiency and environmental risk reduction factors are defined. Creation of score-rating system for assessing the environment knowledge among students depending on ecological educational conditions of a technical college permits all the participants of the educational process to make ecologically reasoned and thoughtful solutions for high-quality training of cadets (students).
