In this article the realization of organizational-methodical support of professional development of a person at a stage «the entrant – the student – the expert » is considered from the point of view of existing experience of vocational guidance bases development which should be generalized and led to uniform system to increase the efficiency, taking into account social partnership of school, university and employer.

The article describes the relevance of the research, such as the assessment of the educational and consulting services market and also the competitive environment based on the analysis of the regional innovative infrastructure. If you need to establish control over the leak of confidential information there appear a number of questions of conformity of decisions with the legislation and regulations. This article describes the issue of compliance functionality of a DLP system the provisions and requirements of the legislation in the sphere of protection of family and personal secrets, as well as compliance with the Constitutional right of citizens to privacy of correspondence.

The article deals with the classification system of arts by American analytical philosopher Nelson Goodman. His concept of the dividing of the art-world into two types of art: «allographic» and «autographic» arts is strongly problematic. The author proves that an empirical distinction between the types of art does not negate the profound unity of the artistic world. In pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern Russian historiography the problem of evaluation of «foreign» influence in various periods in the development of Russia is more than actual, and thoroughly represented. The author notes that in this period, one of the areas of such influence was the activities of foreign («foreign») both military and civilian professionals of various profile and level, invited to the Russian service at the end of the XVII–XVIII centuries. In his article, the author, based on the study of new archival and other sources, attempts to evaluate the «pros» and «cons» of foreign influence, primarily on the development of the Russian state military science and military schools, as well as to strengthen the defense of the state during the first quarter of the XVIII century. In addition, for the first time the article introduces some archival sources into scientific circulation.

This article describes the role of educational mobile applications in learning English. The authors focus on the didactic characteristics of educational mobile applications and their capabilities.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists. Training of modern specialists requires a search for new solutions and methods based on interactive communication between students and teacher, and intellectual formation testing system will objectively assess the quality of education.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern problems of interaction of the system of humanitarian education and the requirements of labor market (city of Ekaterinburg as an example). Based on the analysis of the data in 2016 of expert interviews and a survey of opinions of the representatives of various economic sectors, the authors managed to fix the trend of division of «new» and «old» humanitarian professions as the signal of labor market for the educational system. This work is devoted to digital signal processing (DSP), differencing phases and antenna array (AA). The model was developed to measure differencing phases using software MATLAB/Simulink. The possibilities of quadrature measure method of phase displacement and Hilbert transform were considered.
