It is proved in article, that from point of numbers and new scalar work of diagonal of arbitrary rhombus it is possible to consider identical as a result of the orthogonal transformation, when lengths of vectors are measured in the same units of measuring as on sides of the rhombus. In the second part of article some class of functions is resulted: the values of the functions restore on the known positive values of the transform of Laplace. In the third part of article the examples are resulted, when a function of points of complex plane become periodic with the arbitrary period (from point of some introduction of two systems of co-ordinates).

The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. Monitoring of existing models of accumulative systems, including their regulatory regulation at the level of regional educational systems and educational organizations implementing professional development programs, shows that the reasons for introducing this organizational model are the peculiarities of education development in the conditions of the formation of the information society, the implementation of the National Project "Education", the implementation of the competence model of education, professional standards, the involvement of teachers with basic non-pedagogical (university) education in school. The purpose of the study was to compare performance strategies of cadets and junior basketball players. To achieve this goal, a test of performance strategies (TOPS) was used as an instrument, designed to measure psychological sports skills used both during competition and during practice. The results showed that juniors, in comparison with cadets, have higher indicators in the strategies "Goal setting" and " Self-talk".

The article discusses the legal foundations of citizens' participation in law-making, basic scientific and applied aspects of the implementation of the right of citizens to participate in the law-making process. Particular attention is paid to urgent problems and contradictions in legislation that restrain the development of this institution in modern Russia.

The study identifies features of potential modifications and lacuna-forming modifiers involved in word-formation synthesis in the process of generating new verbs. The scientific novelty of this study is in the differentiated representation of lexical-semantic and morphological means (verbal modifiers) that are capable, on the one hand, of synthesizing a desired meaning (verbal modification) and, on the other hand, of producing lexical gaps (lacunae). As a result of analyzing the specific modifiers and modifications with respect to the lexical-semantic group of verbs of sound, the new products of synthesis (potential modifications) have been identified. The conditions for the appearance of lacunae and the role of the lacunae-forming modifiers are demonstrated. Through a special project at the Missouri S&T (USA) using the data from the Russian National Corpus, for the first time in lexicographic practice, novel modifications, previously considered non-existent, are introduced.

This article explains results of a comparative to test the performance of two top banks in the German banking industry analysis using a financial ratio analysis method. The main determinants considered are solvency and liquidity indicators, which make it possible to observe the risk behaviour of banks before and after the financial crisis. The hypothesis of the study is that the behaviour of German banks depends on bank-specific variables that affect the institution ’s loan policy. The universal banks in Germany can be divided into three main types of institutions: commercial, public sector and cooperative banks. The analysis is carried out on banks of the same category in a decomposed manner. Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank representing the commercial/Private sector. Checking each Bank separately is carried out to detect the similarities or differences that each bank may have in terms of bank performance. The empirical analysis involves a sample of these German banks observed during 2015–2019.

This article examines the functioning of the Russian language in the form of oral and written speech. Both of these speech forms use the same units of language, but in different ways. Oral speech and written speech are designed for different perception and therefore differ in lexical composition and syntactic constructions.

The purpose of the research work is the selection of a questionnaire for the formation of groups of students according to given criteria. For this, the questionnaire of L. Yovayshi was selected and adapted to identify professional inclinations. An expert analysis was carried out for the suitability of the questionnaire; the calculation of the coefficient of concordance was made, a survey of students was carried out; the analysis of the questionnaire by key was carried out.

The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the reasons for the inclusion of adolescents and young people in informal subcultural associations. Methods of counteracting the influence of destructive subcultures on the representatives of the younger generation, risk factors for the formation of their deviant behavior are analyzed.
