The monograph analyzes the provisions of the current legislation in the field of information security. The urgency of the problem of ensuring information security in modern Russia is substantiated. Conceptual theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of information security, as well as provisions of the current legislation in the field of information security are analyzed. Attention is paid to the analysis of factors ensuring information security in the Russian Federation.

This paper is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of light-geometry of the "vacuum" based on the axiomatics of the Algebra of signatures. In this part of the light-geometry of the "vacuum" the general dynamics of the vacuum layers is considered, from which under certain conditions "vacuum electrostatics" follow. The ways of studying vacuum layers rotation inside nuclear of stable vacuum formations, in particular inside the nuclear of the "electron" and "positron", are outlined.

This article is dedicated to the casting technology in oil and gas industry, representing a complex of industrial enterprises for the extraction, transportation, processing and distribution of final products of oil and gas refining. Many components used in machines and equipment of the oil and gas complex are made by casting. Casting is one of the oldest and main methods of obtaining metal products and blanks. The main advantage of casting production in oil and gas industry is that it is possible to produce any component or spare part of the machine and equipment used in the extraction of oil and gas of various configurations and masses. Oil and gas equipment is a product operating under difficult climatic conditions, therefore the used parts manufactured by casting must have high accuracy and sufficient strength, i.e. have improved operational performance characteristics.

On material from the museums at Regional and Oil and Gas Geology Department of the Perm State University forms of safety of fossils was described. Two systems of the description of forms of safety are compared: domestic and foreign, based on English-speaking terminology. Use of both systems of the description of a form of safety of fossils is recommended. Not only for students of the Perm State Univesity, but also for students of the Oxford University, and also other universities of Europe used this materials during field trip at Kungurian and Permian regions.
