This article describes some theoretical tasks of multicultural education of teenagers in foreign language teaching. The work also has analyzed inter-functional influence of the language and culture in the process of foreign language teaching.

Modern CASE-tools cover a wide area of multiple systems support of design technologies – from simple analysis tools and documentation to the full automation equipment, covering the entire life cycle. All pieces of work on the topic mainly describe how to evaluate and the choice of thematic instruments, but they do not evaluate the CASE-tools, which are currently available on the market. This study aims to give an initial idea of the current CASE-tools on the market to have a better understanding of which product to choose, depending on the needs of the organization.

As specific examples, the author offers to use activity elements in the printed guidebook from the formats that are widely used in children's literature, namely from the panorama book (three-dimensional images, inserts, paper engineering) and travel diary («journaling»).

The article describes a functional model of student self-governance by the example of Russian state vocational pedagogical university. The article is devoted to studying the history of compound words in the Khakas language. The authors consider the Khakas linguistics to be poor in studies of compound words, including the history of studying. The results of the research can be used when studying morphology and syntax of the Turkic languages, particularly, the Khakass language.

The article reflects the features of a site for children and adolescents educational project on the case of the Arkhangelsk Summer computer school website, which is used not only for informing, but also directly for teaching. The article also describes the main stages of the site development, the methods of teaching with the help of this web resource, the principals of CMS (Content management system) selection.

The article examines the insufficiently explored domain of Russian verbal word formation synthesis – the lacuna (gap) field. For the first time ever, the term «lacuna (gap) modification» is being introduced into linguistic usage. This new term is defined, the well-grounded classification of lacuna types is presented, and the methods for creating an adequate lexicographic index of lacunas (gaps) is provided. Using the methods of componential analysis and synthesis, the lacuna charts and diagrams for the verbs of sound are constructed. Data obtained from the Russian native speakers’ questionnaire is used for clarification purposes. The results of the research set forward the identification methodology and consistent description techniques for lacunas (gaps) with respect to their future codification in various dictionaries, e.g., thesaurus, word-formation, etc.

The article discovers the problem of application of Chinese legal aid system, which is very low. The problem should be solved as below. The author suggests strengthening the education to investigators, changing the way of employing legal aid lawyers and clarify the content of the right informing and applying for legal aid system. These actions application might well improve the situation.
