В статье исследуются основные аспекты мотивации труда персонала в известной китайской компании Alibaba Group. Приводится перечень основных функций современных систем стимулирования труда, дается краткая характеристика компании Alibaba Group, ее основных задач, поставленных перед системой мотивации, перечисляются основные как материальные, так и нематериальные методы стимулирования труда персонала в данной компании.

According to the authors, joint training of Russian and foreign students in a multicultural group has a number of positive aspects. This, above all, the possibility of the formation of intercultural interaction of people of different cultures and the formation of a tolerant person. One of them is that it gives opportunities to develop the abilities of multicultural communication to all the students within the group. However it should be taken into consideration that the students in such groups in most cases are multilevel. So every teacher and professor has to search for new adequate methods and techniques of teaching so that to help foreign students to adapt quickly in a new surrounding. The authors believe the Singapore technique of teaching is quite appropriate for these purposes.

This article investigates some functions of regional dialects in modern society. The aim of this study is to describe some features of speech communication among native speakers in Swabia in the field of education. The research has been carried out by the method of discourse analysis of directly observed texts. The study of Swabian regional dialect implementation in education discovered new social functions of regional dialects. According to the author they consist of expression of emotions, drawing attention and regulations of communicative distance. The research results could be of interest to sociolinguistics as a description of territorial dialect functioning in society.

The questions connected with the organization of group work with the elementary school students are revised in this article as well as its object, objectives, advantages and difficulties which may occur during the preparation work. The author reveals the essence and meaning of the pedagogical facilitation and draws attention that one of the conditions for its effective organization is the pedagogical facilitation of the teacher and the safe educational environment. The pedagogical facilitation is being reviewed though the following components: emotionally-cognitive, praxeologically-behavioural, reflexive ones.

The article presents data on the study of the cohesion of 115 students from the faculty of dentistry at Burdenko Voronezh State Medical University. The study revealed that students have high and medium favorable psychological climate. 99 of them have the average level of group cohesion, and 16 revealed a low level of this indicator. To improve the educational process and interpersonal relations, these results must be taken into account when forming groups.

The article considers the process of student's government participation at educational organizations of higher education and professional educational organizations in the activities of working groups to discuss some issues concerning students. Attention is paid to the legal component of the work of student's self-government. Analyzing the situation on this issue throughout the country, the author has noted the main directions of the development of student’s government as a civil institution of a democratic society.

This paper studies the influence of regular pictorial creativity class and the environment of creative groups on overcoming the adolescent crisis. Each of 60 students was given a battery of tests. Psychological adaptation, self-esteem and level of aspiration, identity, the subjective sense of loneliness and school anxiety have been studied. The data of descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U criterion for nonparametric tests for two independent samples has been processed. It is concluded that adolescents in non-permanent creative groups have a reduced level of neuropsychic adaptation and self-esteem and also high levels of subjective loneliness and frustration in achieving success, compared with adolescents from the constant creative and uncreative groups.

The paper is concerned with analysis of the feasibility of probabilistic calculations on the basis of the quantum mechanics. The paper considers the ternary logic, as a special case of multiple variables logic, which is realized through the expansion of the Hilbert space. Also the GHZ state and the possibility of its application in probabilistic calculations was analyzed. On this basis it was concluded that the creation of a probabilistic computer may arise due to asymmet GHZ states.

This article deals with the problem of adaptation of students to the university. Particular attention is drawn to the results of a pilot study to identify important psychological qualities of the person of the student who contributed to the effective adaptation of students in the framework of participation in All-Russian innovation project «Breakthrough».

The article considers the payment of medical services experience in a hospital with clinical and statistical groups, formed in the system of obligatory medical insurance of the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the analysis of statistical data shows that the use of this method of payment meets the challenges of the single-channel financing, allowing to influence the structure of hospitalization, the use of new medical technologies, the increase in operational activity and contributes to more optimal allocation of limited financial resources in the system of obligatory medical insurance.

The aim of this work is a thematic classification and semantic features of the dialectal vocabulary of the Belgorod region, the nominating utensils, on the basis of contextual analysis of the words included in this volume group, and statistical analysis of clusters. The article presents the preliminary results of the subgroup analysis indicated vocabulary, and draw conclusions about the directions of further research.

The aim of this work is a thematic classification of the agricultural vocabulary in Belgorod dialects and the identification of systemic relations within thematic subgroups. In addition, the system description allows you to identify the facts of borrowing and thus to characterize the specificity of the Belgorod border dialects as dialects of the Ukrainian language.
