The article analyzes the problem of adaptation readiness of individual in the form of his basic social and psychological components in professions of varying stress degrees. An analysis of adaptive parameters characteristics of a personality and coping strategies from kindergarten teachers and teachers of secondary schools shows their distinctive adaptation in confronting long-term stress and the choice of appropriate strategies for overcoming behavior.

The following article investigates the problem of russian economy transfer into a new technological structure which is possible only after accurate research of high-tech markets. A review of authors investigating markets is given and Vernon Smith's paper about experimental investigation of competetive markets dynamics was thoroughly examined. In addition to this the article represents the most perspective methods of holding the experiments in the field of economics and in particular in high technologies. The result of the work is an evidence that it is necessary to study dynamics of high-tech markets development by means of tools represented in the following paper and instruments of performing complex multi-agent dynamic systems research.

The work is devoted to the development of divergent thinking of senior pupils. The author considers preparation of pupils for subject olympiad as a tool of divergent thinking development among senior pupils. A researcher draws attention to the olympaid stages and objectives of each stage, which should be addressed while preparation for the olympaid. The paper identified the most important olympaid stage in the process of preparation, which generates divergent abilities such as creativity, cognitive activity and motivational activity, necessary for the development of divergent thinking among high school students and the results of empirical experiment are also shown.

In modern societies, mechanisms of open implementation of conflicts become a component of social relations restructuring. The least significant, these processes mediating gender interactions. Our analysis of narrative interviews with young men and girls revealed a trend of privatization of conflict, the interpretation of social contradictions are transferred to the personal level. The real basis of conflict, thus, are the contradictions associated with the change in family patterns.

The aim of study was the establish the influence of anti-freezing structure Ecotreck on organism of mammals. Experiments were made on rats and mice. The anti-freezing structure was diluted with the distilled water, then the received solutions entered intragastrically. Within 14 days were observed a condition of animals, changes were fixed. By results of researches it has been established that «Ekotreck» belong to moderately toxic substances.
