This article discusses the impact of demographic aging of the population in developed countries on their economies. The coefficients for assessing the financial condition of the pension system are given. The level of participation of the population in pension provision is considered to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of the pension system. The contributions to pension insurance in the system of compulsory state insurance are analyzed.

The purpose of this study is to develop the description principles for lexicographic terminology in word-formation (WF) synthesis of Russian verbs. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the terminological system for WF synthesis of verbs is presented as the object of lexicographic description and enhanced with inter-active web-based elements. As a result, it has been proven that this terminological dictionary can serve not only as an informational and methodological instrument, but it also can become an effective teaching tool for studying Russian verb synthesis. The main macro-structure of the designed dictionary features the departure from the traditional alphabetic organization of the material, utilizing instead the principle of zoning by synthesis levels (the root and the word formation levels). Each lexicographic entry is augmented with interactive links to digital Russian explanatory dictionaries and to the Russian National Corpus (RNC) database.

The article is devoted to students' training in decorative drawing, styles of stylization in the depiction of plants, flowers. The value of visual-dectic manuals for the stylization of natural objects is determined. Typological and functional characteristics of educational and visual aids are given. The specifics of the educational and visual aid in the form of a workbook on decorative drawing are revealed. It is proved that one of the effective types of methodological visual aid is a workbook in which examples with the phased performance of stylization, and tasks for independent implementation, which, with the help of practice and visualization, will help to help more detail the basics of graphic design.

This article discusses the concept of "infographics". The types of infographics and how they can be used in primary school are discussed. The article also presents pedagogical technologies that are used in English lessons, such as" Unfinished sentences","Six thinking hats". The results of the communicative, cognitive and regulatory actions achieved by students during the use of infographics are presented.

The article examines the insufficiently explored phenomenon in word-formation synthesis – the intra-linguistic affixal lacunae i.e. lexical gaps. The nature of lacunar units is described as a unique type of semantic modifications that display a similar structure, semantics, and characteristics. From the standpoint of derivative codification, the major lacunae groups are identified, analyzed, and mapped out based on their lexicographic properties. The glossary selection criteria for the experimental Lacunae – Modifications Dictionary are determined. Relying on the data from the Russian National Corpus, nearly 5,000 lacunae and sound verb modifications, combined, were researched using a web-scraping algorithm from a special project at Missouri S&T. The results of this study may serve as a foundational platform for this novel dictionary of affixal lexical gaps in the Russian language.

Summary: between the general stratigraphic scale of a phanerozoic eonothem and the general geochronologic scale there is one-to-one correspondence (bijection). For demonstration of bijection the piece of a stratigraphic scale, to the corresponding Phanerozoic is chosen. Expansion of a scale to the Archean inclusive is possible. Bijective scales are united in a geocontinuum which forms with Cambrian, Ordovician, Silurian, Devonian, etc. The scale of a new type is made by association of three scales: stratigraphic, geochronologic, geocontinuum scales. The scale of new type possesses wider didactic, etc. opportunities.

Summary: between the general stratigraphy scale of the Permian system and the general geochronologic scale of the Permian there is one-to-one correspondence (so-called "bijection" by the theory of the Cantor). Couples of such divisions are considered: System – Period, Series – Epoch, Stage – Age. For demonstration of bijections the piece of the International Chronostratigraphic Chart corresponding to the Perm system is chosen. Divisions which volume and content are proved by a biostratigraphic method treat the straton possessing property of bijection. The Permian system, its departments, tiers treat such divisions.

The short valid name of these divisions – perm. This name was included forever into geological science and practice as outstanding achievement, according to the academician B. S. In this article the analysis of competitiveness in the Russian oil and gas industry is considered and some ways to improve the competitiveness of the Russian oil and gas companies in the world are studied.

The subject of the study is the even layer in the ulus toponymy. The theme of geographical vocabulary of even origin is chosen. The work is carried out in order to identify the geographical appellative vocabulary of the even language with a comparative method, word-formation, structural, lexical-semantic analysis. As a result, the semantic correspondence of appellative vocabulary and place names with the types of geographical objects, features of the surrounding area and landscape is revealed. The author traces the borrowings of even geographical vocabulary to the Fund of the indigir dialect of the Yakut language. The materials of the study will be used in the preparation of a short toponymic dictionary.

The article considers an integrated approach to teaching programming with the use of technologies of computer modeling and 3D-graphics, allowing to improve the quality of education. Among all attempts to create a planned language, one cannot but pay attention to Alexander Sommer Batek's pasigraphic system. The name of this system «neoglyph» comes from the term «hieroglyphs», which indicates the similarity of both sign systems. The essence of the concept is to describe the whole concept in one picture. In order to record a speech, it is necessary to add those concepts to a logical chain, supplementing the drawings with necessary grammatical signs. Neoglyphs can be deciphered by carriers of different languages. However, together with its author, its eubiotics, Esperanto and the idea of universal understanding neoglyphs were gradually ousted from the public's consciousness in 1944. Meanwhile, we still can find interesting and inspiring ideas in the works of Alexander Sommer Batek.
