The article is devoted to students' training in decorative drawing, styles of stylization in the depiction of plants, flowers. The value of visual-dectic manuals for the stylization of natural objects is determined. Typological and functional characteristics of educational and visual aids are given. The specifics of the educational and visual aid in the form of a workbook on decorative drawing are revealed. It is proved that one of the effective types of methodological visual aid is a workbook in which examples with the phased performance of stylization, and tasks for independent implementation, which, with the help of practice and visualization, will help to help more detail the basics of graphic design.

The main task of methodological work at the university is to link into a single methodological block the entire system of scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of training areas at the Institute, and not just individual disciplines, to significantly improve the quality of bachelor's and master's training on this basis. In this article, the problem of declining reader interest among high school students is considered. A way of solving this problem is proposed: increasing high school students' interest in reading by using modern technologies. The research methods used in this paper include theoretical (analysis of scientific, non-fiction and fiction literature, followed by analysis and synthesis of obtained data), as well as empirical (a survey in order to determine the reading activity of students, comparison and analysis of obtained data, systematization and statistical processing of research materials) methods. The author has examined several modern information and communication resources, of which those most suitable for the purpose of this study have been selected: an online survey, a poster, a book trailer and an Internet forum. The results of this study demonstrated a positive dynamic in 10th grade students' reader interest, thus confirming the hypothesis.

The article discusses the basic terms and concepts associated with hotel services and their economic indicators. The article also deals with the problem of inefficient sales of additional services by hotel enterprises due to mismatch with consumer demand. For this problem, the author has proposed a solution, which has been tested in hotels of St. Petersburg.

В статье перечислены наиболее частотные в данном кинодискурсе средства, а также описана их концентрация в определенных отрывках. Материалом анализа послужили две серии телесериала.

В век информационных технологий недопустимо не знать историю информатики. Зная историю прошлого человек способен лучше спланировать свои достижения в будущем, учесть накопленный опыт. Однако истории информатики уделяется мало внимания в школьных учебниках, современные же книги по истории информатики и компьютерной техники либо узкоспециализированы, либо громоздки для быстрого восприятия. В итоге учителю для подготовки исторической справки к уроку необходимо прочесть много источников информации и выжать из них необходимые знания, что трудозатратно. Появляется необходимость в создании электронного образовательного ресурса, который будет содержать исторические справки в дополнение к учебнику по информатике и иметь общедоступный формат. Благодаря использованию информации из данного ресурса на уроке предполагается увеличение информационной грамотности учащихся и развитие интереса к предмету.

The currency of the programming skills grows continuously. Last years it grows even in professions which are not directly connected with programming. People create own applications to extend basic opportunities - to automatize routine operation, save time, and decrease mistakes happened because of the human factor. It is obvious, that growing computerization in all spheres of human life favors the increasing need for programming skills in foreseeable future. Thus, topicality of education and self-education in the sphere of programming tends to increase as well. This paper presents the example of using NeoBook rapid application builder. NeoBook can be used for creating different applications even by not specialists in the sphere of computer technologies. It is well-known that “better to see something once than to hear about it a thousand times”. So, we demonstrate all steps of creating one specific project by a young NeoBook beginner - 11-year-old girl.

Applying experimental methods in social and humanitarian sciences is complicated both because of specifics of the research subject (activeness and development of psychic and cultural reality) and because of researchers' not-awareness about the possibilities of modern IT which support controlling necessary variables. In this paper we suggest an instrument used in Tyumen State University for several years - NeoBook - rapid application builder. It can be used by not programmers for developing software for constitutive and forming research. On the example of the investigation of visual perception with the help of programmed tachistiscope we demonstrate effective and easy way to provide experimental research with stimulus material. Following the instructions in the article everyone can create programmed tachistiscope even if it is your first experience of programming in NeoBook.

The article begins with general information about NeoBool - rapid application builder for Windows. There are shown some specifics of NeoBook which make it effective instrument for teaching programming 14-years and elder pupils from the one hand and useful instrument for creating professional applications, from the other hand. Possibilities of programming with NeoBook allows to recommend this technology both for educational purposes and for professional use.

This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.
