В данной статье рассмотрены особенности получения комплексных практических навыков при разработке системы управления с помощью создания и использования лабораторных стендов. Перечислены направления лабораторных работ, по которым предполагается создание стендов.

The monograph describes the issues of geodetic monitoring of a technical state of bases and building structures of unique buildings and structures to ensure safe operation. The system of support points and deformation marks that provide a complex of instrumental measurements using a non-stative technique has been considered. Special design stamps have been fixed to perform work in the main axes of the building, which allow the installation of the reflector directly on the bench, as well as the possibility of control leveling according to the leveling method of Class II. To identify the reasons of buildings and constructions deformation and to develop some preventing measures it is necessary to provide continuous geotechnical control during construction and maintenance of buildings.

The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Данная статья посвящена выявлению концепта «город Якутск» в романе А. Геласимова «Холод». Анализ основан на определении концепта Ю.Е. Прохорова. Автор романа изображает человека, потерявшего смысл жизни, он ставит его в экстремальные условия, в которых герой должен пересмотреть заново свою жизнь. В частности в статье проанализирована пространственная организация романа «Холод» и влияние города на главного героя романа. В результате выявлены главные составляющие концепта «город Якутск» – «холод» и «ад».

The article reveals the political views and legal ideas of the Grand Prince of Kiev, Vladimir Vsevolodovich Monomakh on the basis of the analysis of his works. The great statesman sought to show the problems of different areas of life of the ancient Russian society in his writings, but the prince's main ideas had political and legal content. Only a meaningful analysis of the political and legal views of Vladimir Monomakh will allow us to understand his point of view concerning the political and legal conjuncture of the Old Russian state.

The article examines the issues of influence of OPEC countries on the international oil market. Also, the author analyzes the state of the oil market and fluctuations in oil prices at the macroeconomic level for 2011–2016.

This article analyzes the existing models for assessing the image of the territory and concluded that it is necessary to develop a model that allows to assess the image of the territory taking into account all the main target audiences. The study of models of the image of the territory considered in the scientific literature was carried out by the method of traditional (non-formalized) analysis of documents on the basis of scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors. The author suggests using the «ideal point» model to assess the image of the territory. At the same time, the assessment of the image of the territory should be carried out for all groups of consumers, taking into account the weight coefficients reflecting the importance of opinions and the number of respondents of each group.

The article discusses the role of independent learning of foreign languages as an effective form of language education, that promotes acquisition of strong language skills and raises the interest in the foreign language among students. The author pays attention to the goals and objectives of independent learning, its organization, content, types and forms. It is concluded that systematic and carried out independent learning has a great educational value and contributes to the acquisition of the foreign language.
