This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.

In the analytical consideration of the step-by-step development of domestic transport engineering, the main directions of the elaborated state strategy are outlined. The article examines the questions concerning the optimization of territorial structure in the Sverdlovsk region associated with the comprehensive transformation of the economy of single-industry towns and mono economics areas. The author has analyzed the population dynamics of the region and industrial production, with allocation of single-industry towns. A classification of towns by type of localization economy has been classified. The author has made some conclusions on quality solution of the problems in the single-industry towns in the Sverdlovsk region.

Статья посвящена специфике речевого развития и овладения языком для детей с особенностями психофизического развития. В специальной коррекционной школе формирование коммуникативной компетенции учащихся является главной целью при обучении русскому языку. Важно, особенно в старших классах, на уроках русского языка не количество грамматических упражнений, а увеличение в процессе обучения речевых упражнений. Таким образом, при применении активной речевой практики на уроках русского языка ученики осмысливают значимость речи для понимания друг друга, для передачи информации, преодолевают речевую замкнутость, учатся выражать свои мысли, использовать речь как средство коммуникации.

В статье рассматриваются особенности динамики Я-концепции личности в период средней взрослости с точки зрения теории личностных конструктов Джорджа Келли. Автор представил результаты исследования Я-концепции взрослых с помощью техники репертуарных решеток Келли в трех возрастных группах: 28–32, 33–37 и 38–42 лет.

В работе рассмотрены направления реорганизации системы дополнительного образования вуза. Основным аспектом реформирования ДПО признается необходимость действий в рамках целостной программы развития с учетом факторов внешней и внутренне среды. Определены цели, комплекс взаимосвязанных мероприятий по достижению целей, система показателей и результаты. Проведен анализ и выявлены недостатки имеющихся подходов, в основе которых – разрозненные действия подразделений вуза. Рассмотрены подходы по кадровому обеспечению проводимой реструктуризации системы дополнительного профессионального образования вуза, основной упор сделан на опережающей подготовке профессорско-преподавательского состава. В качестве основных механизмов выбраны сетевое взаимодействие и дистанционные образовательные технологии.
