The article deals with some reviews of the Russian émigré literature, regarding peasant policy of General Petr Nikolaevich Vrangel, a Commander-in-Chief of the Russian army. The author pays much attention to the analysis of agrarian reform concept.

В данной работе описана оригинальная технология снабжения антивирусными средствами коллектива пользователей научной единицы на примере Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки Центрального Экономико-математического института Российской академии наук и известного отечественного антивирусного средства «Доктор Веб». Технология базируется на выделенном Антивирусном сервере и ряде разработанных автором программных средств. В числе пользователей присутствуют ПК общемировой сети Интернет, внутренней локальной сети, в том числе её выделенных сегментов, а также пользователи сегмента DialUp. Данная технология реализована в ЦЭМИ РАН с 2003 г и успешно эксплуатируется более 15 лет. Максимальное число пользователей превышало 200 ПК и серверов. Монография рекомендована к печати Учёным советом Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки ЦЭМИ РАН.

In this paper the authors examined the issue of assessing the effectiveness of providing international freight forwarding services. The authors concluded that at present the work of a freight forwarding company at the international level is a complex process of organizing an integrated service and attracting customers in conditions of acute market competition.

The article details the use of such modern method of training as computer simulation applied to modelling of various kinds of mechanical motion of a material point in the free spreadsheet OpenOffice.org Calc while designing physics and computer science lessons in primary and secondary schools. The article analyzes the combat activity of the 7th Mechanized Corps as part of the 2nd Ukrainian front from October 1943 to January 1944. On the basis of the memoirs of the front commander, I.S. Konev, and a number of other sources, the participation of the Corps in the Novohatskoe and Kirovograd Offensive is described. The authors concluded that the 7th Mechanized Corps as a mobile reserve of the front command was used to break through a well-fortified enemy defense.

Land management in Yakutia developed at different times in different ways and had its own historical stages. The paper considers the development of land management in our republic during the Soviet period after the Great Patriotic War, as well as during the «stagnation» period. The work of land surveyors of Yakutia at that time is shown, the available materials of various authors and their memories are used. The ppurpose of this work is to study the role of land surveyors in Yakutia in socio-economic development of the country and their personal deposit in the development of Yakutia, one of the largest regions in our country.
