В статье отмечено, что особое место в организации современной системы профориентации отводится консультант-клиентским отношениям. Взаимодействие субъектов «органы государственной власти – вуз – школа» определяется лишь формально и не способно влиять на качество предоставляемых консультационных услуг клиенту. Каждый субъект управления профориентацией ориентирован на достижение своих целевых ориентиров без учета других объективных факторов. Отсутствует обратная связь во взаимодействии между субъектами, что, безусловно, приводит к частичной или полной неудовлетворённости клиента. Согласованное взаимодействие между субъектами с учетом индивидуальных целевых установок может в значительной мере оптимизировать процесс профессионального консультирования и сделать его более результативным. Для этого необходимо использование новых технологий или инструментов. Одним из современных инструментов организации субъектов в целостную систему профориентации может стать образовательный проект «Твой Успех – Профориентация». Основная направленность данного проекта состоит в том, что указанные выше субъекты взаимодействуют с клиентом, находясь все в одном месте. Данный процесс позволяет взаимодополнять субъектам друг друга и своевременно корректировать содержание консультационных услуг. В силу своей современной направленности данная форма позволит устранить противоречия в консультант-клиентских отношениях и выстроить целостную систему взаимодействия между ними.

Статья посвящена проблеме взаимодействия руководителя муниципального учреждения культуры с педагогическим коллективом учреждения. Автором определено понятие «коллектив». Выделены основные аспекты педагогического коллектива. Рассмотрена структура социально-психологических характеристик коллектива. Исследователем дано описание уровней развития коллектива. В работе приведен алгоритм взаимодействия руководителя с педагогическим коллективом.

This article discusses the history of the first public companies in the period from 1989 to 2001. The author explores the facts that influenced the emergence of this legal form of entrepreneurial activity, and its characteristics in this period.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The article actualizes the problem of developing partnership as a qualitative characteristic of a person in a purposeful process of moral education of students at school. The author draws attention to the fact of leveling out the ideas of comradely cooperation and mutual assistance during the organization of the educational process. Deformation of the process of human moral education reduces the social activity of children and adolescents, raises the risks of destructive behavior and the activities of children and adolescents in the social environment.

This article describes the figurative component of the linguacultural concept «property» revealed through the text analysis of the novel «The Man of Property» by John Galsworthy. The authors define the basic properties of the concept «property» and prototypical methods of reflecting objects and phenomena by this concept. The results of this research may be used in creating dictionaries of linguacultural concepts of the English language.

This paper has the analysis of the new situation of China – Japan – Russia relations, the analysis of Russia's strategy of «east» of increasingly complex forms in northeast Asia, which has a great significance to the formation of the northeast Asia economic integration.

In the article, based on the court practice and studies of practicing lawyers, the analysis of the legal nature and features of the sales contract about real estate, which will be built in the future, is carried out. The article concludes that the future real estate sales contract is a type of investment contracts, which is most frequently found in legal practice. The results of the analysis can be used when structuring investment relations in real estate construction.

This paper investigates the effective use of the tools of financial management in conditions of risk and uncertainty of the Russian economy.
