The analysis of the basic principles of operation, as well as the advantages, disadvantages and features of the use of these types of devices. In the end, the author will consider the possibilities of future research in the field of additive technologies. The purpose of the research. To conduct an in-depth analysis of the use of 3D-printing in mechanical engineering. The purpose of the article is to study the application, advantages and limitations of various types of 3D-printers used in mechanical engineering. It also evaluates factors that influence the choice of printer, such as material compatibility, resolution, print volume and print speed. The study highlights the problems faced when integrating 3D-printing into mechanical engineering. The article concludes with a summary of the main conclusions, a discussion of the implications for management and decision-making, as well as the definition of future research opportunities. The objectives of the study are to identify existing problems in the use of additive technologies in mechanical engineering and to consider possible applications in the future. The results of the study. The study provides an overview of 3D-printing in mechanical engineering, its importance and application. It discusses various types of 3D-printers, their features and capabilities. «Didactic engineering: new trend in education»
It is clear that didactic system, more and more becomes a man-machine (cybernetic) learning system with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Didactic Engineering – a methodology (theory, practice, diagnosis) organization to address didactic problems. Therefore, in the framework of didactic engineering problems are solved by the creation of new and effective teaching systems and equipment (technology) training and diagnostic quality of training using engineering methods, working in virtual and real environment (man-made educational environment). Proposed methods of solving of didactic tasks is justified. They are based on well-known in educational psychology and cybernetics fundamental laws, concepts, principles. These may include: «prirodosoobraznosti training», «zone of proximal development», «training on a high level of difficulty," Ashby's law (the law of requisite variety), as well as the established pattern «solution to the problems in three steps». This law allowed to disclose the reasons for the rapid sustainable development of the student, the key invariant ability, the role of knowledge in solving problems, and in general the fact why some people decide to professional problems more successfully than others. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).

According to the author the profile of maximum possible erosion is considered as the results of engineering and hydrometeorological surveys in part of channel processes in modern normative documents. The article presents the classification of results to sediment processes: selecting target set of profiles of maximum erosion, maximum erosion profile in a given target, part of the profile, erosion in the plan, the demonstration of safety of erosion or lack of erosion.
