The article examines difficulties which guardians of law and order face during classification of murder, i.e. the classification of attempt of murder of one person and the murder of the other, the combination of finished and unfinished assault. The practical examples are offered. The ways of solving such problems on the examples of accumulated practice and the ways of solving such problems with the help of innovations in the Criminal Code of Russia are illustrated. The practical and historical examples are given.

The issue of exemption from criminal liability based on specific elements of a crime is relevant to an array of crimes. The exemption with court fining is relatively new in the criminal law. Considering the peculiarity of dispositions of the articles 285.1, 285.2 of the Criminal Code of Russia the establishment of the application of the fine for specific crimes remains dubious. The present issue is not covered sufficiently in the theory of the criminal law. This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the problem of Internet addiction, which includes the following issues: the boundaries of diagnosis, diagnostic criteria, clinical manifestations, epidemiology data, neurobiological studies, comorbidity, existing approaches to therapy. In the past of two decades, there was an increase in publications devoted to the phenomenon of Internet addiction. Despite the existing disagreements in the professional environment about the validity of the very concept of «Internet addiction», every year there was several studies in the field of neurobiology, psychology, clinical psychiatry, proving that Internet addiction is a particular variant of behavioral addictive disorders. In the recent years, Internet addiction has gained special significance in a number of Asian countries (China, South Korea), where this type of pathology is becoming a national problem among young people.

Currently, a lot of researches devoted to the study of the relationship between disorders of impulse control and addictive pathology are published. Attempts to isolate behavioral addictions into a separate group of addictive disorders make it necessary to assess impulsivity and impulse control disorders at different stages of formation, both behavioral and substance use addictions in a new way. This review is based on the results of research and analysis of existing models of addictive disorders, where the dominant position is given to impulsivity and impulse control disorders as predictors of addictive pathology. It contributes to most forms of aberrant management and other disorders included in the current classifications (DSM-V, ICD-10). In our opinion, many existing models of addictive pathology of impulsivity and impulse control disorders is given undeservedly little attention, which in the end leads to an incorrect assessment of substance and behavioral addictions. A model of development of addictive disorders is proposed, where the disorder of impulse control is given a decisive place in the question of «to be or not to be» addictive pathology.

The article points out that the existence of the problem of double diagnoses (DD) in psychiatry and addictology means recognizing the fact that «addiction» is a mental illness and, therefore, a brain disorder. There are common areas in the brain that are responsible for the formation of addictive pathology and for the development of other mental illnesses. It explains the high comorbidity between disorders associated with the use of psychoactive substances, and other mental illnesses. The factors of predisposition to the development of addictive pathology include: family burden with addictive pathology, early onset of use of psychoactive substances, social stress situation, and mental illness. The artificial separation of psychiatry and addictology into two services in Russia is a historical mistake. A new paradigm of dependent disorders emphasizes the need to create a special section on double disorders, with the revision of this archaic model.

The article describes the house-museum of the famous Russian artist Viktor Elpidiforovich Borisov-Musatov. Located in Saratov, the house-museum attracts a large number of art-lovers of different ages.

Under the conditions of sanctions restrictions, the practice of increasing the cost of creating a new generation of dual-use space technologies is unacceptable for the budget of our country. As the experience of developed countries shows, a successful solution to this problem can be achieved through the extension of dual-use technologies to other spheres of public life. Some of the promising areas of such use of space technology are shown in this article. In addition, it substantiates some approaches to assess the benefits of the use of dual-use space technologies in certain areas of social development.

The development of space technologies is not only a sign of the development of the economy and industry of the country, but also helps to advance a number of both related and distant in its essence industries: the agro-industrial complex, ecology, the sphere of security, navigation. These circumstances confirm the relevance of the study. Considering the presence of numerous features of the space industry, such as its secrecy and secrecy of production and technology development, publicly available projects of the state corporation Roscosmos were chosen as the main object of this review article. The article substantiates the need to assess dual-use technologies, their relevance and usefulness. Objectively, the considered examples are only a small part, which does not describe the entire situation in the space industry, but the projects described make it possible to understand the value of using existing developed products in both military and civilian industries.

В данной работе описана оригинальная технология снабжения антивирусными средствами коллектива пользователей научной единицы на примере Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки Центрального Экономико-математического института Российской академии наук и известного отечественного антивирусного средства «Доктор Веб». Технология базируется на выделенном Антивирусном сервере и ряде разработанных автором программных средств. В числе пользователей присутствуют ПК общемировой сети Интернет, внутренней локальной сети, в том числе её выделенных сегментов, а также пользователи сегмента DialUp. Данная технология реализована в ЦЭМИ РАН с 2003 г и успешно эксплуатируется более 15 лет. Максимальное число пользователей превышало 200 ПК и серверов. Монография рекомендована к печати Учёным советом Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки ЦЭМИ РАН.

In the Republic of Karelia, a serious scientific potential of scientists investigating the problems of the forest complex has been formed. Based on a brief analysis of research in the field of economic development of forest management in the Republic of Karelia, the main directions of these studies have been identified.

On material from the museums at Regional and Oil and Gas Geology Department of the Perm State University forms of safety of fossils was described. Two systems of the description of forms of safety are compared: domestic and foreign, based on English-speaking terminology. Use of both systems of the description of a form of safety of fossils is recommended. Not only for students of the Perm State Univesity, but also for students of the Oxford University, and also other universities of Europe used this materials during field trip at Kungurian and Permian regions.

An increase in the volume of felling of forests and reforestation will improve the breed composition of plantations, its commodity structure in the Republic of Karelia. At the first stage of the intensification, in addition, more than 1 million cu. m of wood, first of all, balance raw materials.

Сценарий представленного в статье мероприятия составлен на основе содержания учебника, по которому ведется обучение (Enjoy English – 2 / М.З. Биболетова, И.В. Добрынина. – Обнинск: Титул, 2013). Мероприятие проходило с целью погрузить детей в атмосферу театра и стимулировать их речевую активность через театральную деятельность, развивая при этом воображение, память, внимание, логическое мышление, творческие и сценические способности школьников, умение делать выводы, строить умозаключения, выражать их в речи, опираясь на речевой опыт, как на родном, так и на иностранном языке, создать положительную установку для дальнейшего изучения иностранного языка, воспитывать интерес к участию в интеллектуальной и творческой деятельности, пробудить интерес к жизни и культуре других стран. Театрализация способствует лучшему запоминанию и усвоению различных грамматических явлений, расширению лексического запаса, развитию навыков диалогической и монологической речи.

Summary: on material of educational collections, and also paleontological collections from an exposition of the museums of Department of the Regional and Oil and Gas Geology of the Perm State University forms of safety of fossils was described.
