В статье предпринята попытка восполнить данный пробел. Изучены материалы судебной практики по делам об изъятии земель для государственных нужд, законодательство и позиции учёных. Дано авторское определение понятия «государственные нужды».

In the article the analysis of modern scientific preparation of students of economic specialties on the example of mathematical disciplines and information technology.
