The paper presents an analysis of the motorization level in the Volga-Grad region. The lack of places for temporary storage of cars in Volgograd was confirmed and influence degree of parking insufficiency on the deterioration of traffic conditions and the risks of the occurrence of road accidents were assessed. Theoretically were justified and proposed options for the organization of temporary storage of vehicles on the example of the Central District of Volgograd.

There are two different ways to transmit the AC electric power for a long distance: a compensated, the half-wave and tuned to half-wave transmissions. The compensation of the wave length is an effective way to increase the distance and the capacity of the transmission line. Through the wave length compensation it might to give to a long distance line the properties of the short line (except the active power losses). But with the distance and capacity increasing also increases a capacity of the compensation devices. Therefore, usage of the half wave and tuned to a half wave transmission lines to transmit an AC electric power for a long distances is more effective because there is no need to additional expenses to reactive power compensation by the stability conditions. The boundary length of the tuning to a half-wave is defined in article. The advisability of the tuning to a half-wave is arises when the length of the line more than 1500 km. Otherwise it recommended to tune the line to a «zero length».

The article discusses some questions on methodological basis of educational and role model implementation of information support for adult education in the context of adaptation and role resonance. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. Speaking of the educational and role model individuality he stresses that sensual obviousness of the educational and role model is relative, fragmentary and it plays a support role. According to the author it is important to pay much attention to gnoseological capacity of the educational and role model during the process of information support of adult education.

Polymer materials have become widespread in the modern construction industry due to their cheapness and variety. With regard to their popularity at the present time there can appear the issues of their toxic and fire danger. The work has studied the samples of two floor synthetic building materials. The results of the determination of the fire hazard indicators of materials (combustibility, flammability, smoke ratio) showed their compliance with the current certificates. The authors have studied the properties of gaseous combustion products of samples by the method of thermal analysis and FTIR analysis. The results of chloride ions analysis according the formula of Maxwell-Mohr in thermolysis products indicate the toxicity of the materials studied.

The appendix shows the characteristics of the belts and their elasticity: shortening the belt when stitching or cross stitching for pulling; periodic movement.

According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

This article discusses the economic potential and development trend of Chuvash Republic. All important economic indicators of Chuvash Republic like, Gross Regional Production (GRP), employment, export, import, performance of credit organization, per capita income have been taken into consideration to analyze economic performance. The article presents the results of researches of subsistence allowance operational characteristics developed by low metal solar distillation device with a new type of transparent coating. It was found out that the density of integral solar radiation and specific heat materials of the desalination plant affected the character of the daily subsistence allowance productivity. During the summer months, the maximum time of a desalinate productivity shifted to afternoons.
