Статья посвящена проблеме вовлечения персонала в работу процессов системы менеджмента качества на предприятиях, внедряющих или работающих по стандартам ISO серии 9000. Среди анализируемой информации для написания статьи использованы принципы Э. Деминга, которые также нашли свое отражение в современных основополагающих принципах системы менеджмента качества. Выделены основные направления работы, которые помогут вовлечь персонал и получить необходимый эффект. Эти направления построены на анализе закономерностей психологии человека.

In the cases of majority of neurological diseases the symptoms of depression have significant influence on the worsening of the quality of patient’s life, regardless of the severity of the neurological disorders. In the most of neurodegenerative diseases the symptoms of depression often precede the appearance of neurological symptoms. Within recent years, numerous studies have been published demonstrating that disorders of depressive spectrum can be considered as a predictor of some types of dementia. Existing data regarding the methods of therapeutic intervention for depression in the clinical practice are rather scarce, scattered and often based on the «personal experience» of neurologists and psychiatrists. In some patients the diagnostics of depression in the context of neurological disorders can be difficult due to the difficulties in the establishing the contact with the patient as well as cognitive deviations related to neurological disorders. In order to facilitate this task, the effective screening diagnostic methods have been developed for the diagnosis of depression in the context of neurological diseases. The results of clinical studies performed within recent years confirm the important role of the neurologist for the evaluation and the treatment of the symptoms of depression, both at the initial stage and at the stage of remission. The purpose of the current review is to systematize the accumulated data on the disorders of depressive spectrum in the context of neurological practice, as well as to demonstrate the role of neurologist in the process of diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms of depression in neurological diseases.

В статье рассмотрена тема профессионального выгорания педагога. Выделены факторы, влияющие на профессиональное выгорание и рассмотрена профилактика его возникновения.

В статье проанализированы проблемы отбора персонала в розничные магазины сети «Адидас», предложены пути их преодоления.

Presently, a lot of data indicate that the disturbance of mechanisms underlying the regulation of sleep-waking cycle coincides with the mechanisms underlying the development of depression. The disturbance of circadian rhythms is one of the core factors in the genesis of the most affective disorders including depression, which indicates the role of the internal biological clock in the pathophysiology of affective disorders. The episodes of depression, mania or hypomania may result from the disturbances in endogenous biological timing. In this review, we have summarized the literature data obtained in animal models or in the patients with affective pathology, in which the connection between the function of sleep and depression was demonstrated. Specifically, we highlight the mechanisms underlying sleep dysfunction during depression (imbalance of circadian rhythms, melatonin metabolism and mechanisms of neuroinflammatory dysregulation) and provide an evidence for the link between sleep function and depression (sleep disturbances during depressive episodes, the effects of pharmacotherapy, chronotherapy, the effect of sleep deprivation, comorbidity of obstructive sleep apnea and depression).

This article focuses on the equality of the estimated late losses resulting from the application of the chain ladder model to the estimates obtained on the basis of the incremental development triangle by cross-parameterizing the rated increments of losses with Poisson distributions using the generalized linear model. In this article, the formulas of the chain ladder model are derived by solving the problem of cross parameterization of rated increments of losses. Smaller accounting groups than the risk, along which the development triangle is formed, make conclusions about the possible bases for the sharing of reserves. This issue may be relevant for the further calculation of actuarial premiums.

The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.

В статье рассматривается краткая история создания программы реабилитации и социализации химически зависимых «12 шагов». Описывается применение данной техники сегодня, ее основные постулаты и работа с ней в современных реалиях. Автором также отмечается важность использования программы «12 шагов» в комплексе с известными направлениями в психологии и психотерапии. Учитывая, что территория Сургута и Сургутского района относится к гиперэндемичной зоне по описторхозу и в экономическом плане наиболее привлекательна для мигрантов, следует обратить внимание на вопросы, связанные с проведением ранней диагностики и эффективной профилактической работы, направленной на повышение уровня знаний о гельминтозе, фельдшером особенно в условиях фельдшерско-акушерского пункта. Совершенствование профилактических мероприятий, применение курсов повышения квалификаций для медицинского персонала как на фельдшерско-акушерских пунктах, так и в лечебных учреждениях позволит оптимизировать деятельность среднего медицинского персонала в области профилактики описторхоза.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. The aim of this study is to develop the procedural guidelines for choosing and assessing the effectiveness of suggested organizational and technical security measures for data protection in personal data information systems.

Nightmares are scary or disturbing dreams which are associated with negative feelings, such as fear, terror or disgust. These feelings oftentimes awake the dreamer, who can easily recollect the content of the nightmare. Nightmares are not necessarily a symptom of a disease. Moreover, nightmares with little emotional response are experienced by almost all people once in a while without any risk for their health. However, nightmares that occur frequently and disturb the sleep might lead to clinically significant impairments in social, professional and other areas of life. They are considered a sleep disorder (parasomnia) and require a proper treatment. This review discusses the theoretical models of nightmares, their causes, diagnostics and treatment strategies.

Качество и эффективность работы предприятия в условиях кризиса определяется уровнем организованности и взаимодействия работы всех служб, адаптацией к изменениям экономической среды. Управление персоналом в условиях кризиса предполагает организацию работы, в которую входит планирование, отбор, расстановку кадров, а также учет индивидуальных особенностей работников, социально-психологический и нравственный характер управления. В статье проведен анализ сущности и роли антикризисного управления персоналом в деятельности предприятия. Дана характеристика системы антикризисного управления персоналом.

В работе впервые установлены причины существования сна – смертельно опасного состояния в живом мире. Они – в невозможности существования мозга, способного одновременно управлять внешней деятельностью, процессами в организме и устранением отклонений в нем. Сформулирована невозможность функционирования такого мозга в постоянно меняющейся среде и действии закона развития или деградации всего живого до оптимального соответствия среде и других. Исследована роль сновидений. Установлена причина строения мозга из двух полушарий.
