В данной статье исследователем рассмотрены основные проблемы развития благотворительной и спонсорской деятельности в России, а также выявлены пути их решения.

Как отмечает автор, налогообложение личных доходов физических лиц существует практически во всех развитых странах, и в настоящее время замечено смещение в сторону увеличения его удельного веса в общей структуре государственных консолидированных бюджетов. При анализе системы налогообложения доходов физических лиц в Российской Федерации можно заметить, что в современных условиях наряду с фискальной особое внимание стало уделяться перераспределительной и регулирующей функциям налога на доходы физических лиц, так как они оказывают серьезное влияние на уровень и структуру доходов, сдерживая или усиливая темпы роста, расширяя или уменьшая платежеспособный спрос населения.

Сегодня в образовании приоритетная роль принадлежит методам и технологиям обучения, при которых деятельность воспитанника носит продуктивный, творческий и поисковый характер. И здесь на первое место выходит проектная деятельность воспитанников. В статье рассмотрены содержание проектной деятельности в ДОУ и ее отличие от продуктивной деятельности.

Изучение опыта общественных движений, происходивших в период правления Николая I, поможет процессу дальнейшего накопления знаний об их глубинных причинах и механизме возникновения в русском обществе.
