В представленной статье исследователями анализируется уровень безработицы по регионам Российской Федерации за 2015–2016 годы.

В статье проведен сравнительный анализ финансирования науки и инновационной деятельности в России и Чеченской республике. Перечислены основные документы, регламентирующие основы государственной политики в сфере науки и инноваций. Автором исследованы объемы финансирования сектора исследований и разработок из средств бюджета. Рассмотрена структура распределения внутренних текущих затрат по областям науки. В заключение отмечена необходимость гибкого изменения соотношений ресурсов, выделяемых на фундаментальные и прикладные исследования.

The developed mathematical optimization model for the scheduled repair periodicity of the motor vehicle aggregates that provide traffic safety allows to increase the level of fail-safety, acceptable costs and any laws of their resources distribution. The article describes the possibilities of the model expansion taking into account the cost of the restored spare part.

The article looks into the ways of forming students’ ability to self-education in technical universities. It is defined that the work done by students on their own is the basic factor in successful achievement of the learning goals – formation of students’ multicultural personality and their communicative competence. One of the tools of such abilities development is communicative activities held by an English teacher in the classroom. Regular implementation of the communicative approach to learning forms students’ ability to self-education not only in the university but in their future career.

The article discusses the concept and types of anxiety, the characteristics of student age, describes the experience of diagnosis and psychotherapy of students’ anxiety during the examination session by the scientific student laboratory. The work consists of 3 stages: 1) ascertaining stage – the aim is to analyze the level of students’ anxiety; 2) psycho-corrective stage – the aim is to optimize and reduce the level of anxiety of students in the examination period; 3) controlling stage – the aim is to analyze the influence of the method of desensitization and reprocessing trauma by eye movements (EMDR) on the level of students’ anxiety.

The questions connected with the organization of group work with the elementary school students are revised in this article as well as its object, objectives, advantages and difficulties which may occur during the preparation work. Innovative developments in the field of restoration are a specific form of management of development of construction processes and technologies allowing to change the structure, organization and content of the reconstruction process as a whole. The subject of research are the new technological developments in the field of chemical and construction industry. The use of such developments allows us to solve the difficult tasks to prevent the destruction, and to give the historical uniqueness to the architectural monuments of world importance.

According to the authors, when designing a spacecraft, the main direction in the development of highly efficient designs is to optimize the distribution of specific density, the stiffness of the material according to the size of a component or construction in accordance with the field of existing loadings. This problem can be solved either by rational distribution of isotropic material, or by regulation of stiffness, strength and deformability of the material by the volume of the product. Such materials are polymeric composite materials (PCM) and their elastic-mechanical characteristics can be adjusted within a wide range, including body structure.
