В статье представлены результаты исследования договорно-правовой базы финансового взаимодействия государств в рамках ЕврАзЭС, анализируются составляющие финансового рынка, сотрудничество государств на пути создания общего финансового рынка. В статье определены и подробно рассмотрены частноправовые и публично-правовые средства защиты и поддержки социального предпринимательства в Российской Федерации с точки зрения правового подхода. Проанализирована нормативная правовая база, которая создала основу для гражданско-правовых средств и способов защиты прав социальных предпринимателей, с одной стороны, и базу для финансирования и других направлений поддержки социального предпринимательства государством, с другой стороны.

Статья касается актуального для современных условий вопроса нехватки теоретических знаний в области права практикующими специалистами, в особенности в бизнес-среде. Автор также рассматривает целостный подход к решению поставленных задач в юридическом контексте в целом.

The current state of the study of the institute of anti-corruption expertise is analyzed in the article, insufficiently regulated issues in the legislation in this area are considered. The authors note that systematic work to improve the normative and methodological support of anti-corruption expertise should now become one of the top priorities of the government.

According to the properties of melting points and boiling points of the elements of the periodic table of D.I. Mendeleyev the application of the unpacking hypothesis of the substance was verified. The article contains the results of the verification. In general, according to the data for 98 substances taken from the information in Internet, convergence of results with an error of up to 40% for 73 substances was obtained. The effect of periodicity on the result is found. An exception to the calculated dependences was obtained for ten substances: noble gas and most halogens. A large discrepancy between the theoretical formulas and the reference data was also caused by the 14 elements of the middle groups.
