The article discusses the existing classification of motives of serial murderers. The author provides the classification, which is based on the technique of extreme meanings offered by D.A. Leontyev.

The article deals with analysis of methods and approaches solving problems with multi-criteria choice in conditions of uncertainty; describes the theory of multidimensional utility theory of fuzzy sets Zadeh and method of analysis of hierarchies Saaty decision-making in multiobjective multidimensional systems. The author has also provided the analysis of the management of nuclear power plants on the subcritical level. Pareto-optimization approach of control has been used as methods of resource management. It explores the work of the optimization algorithm solutions consisting of two stages.

The article provides the kinematics chart of mechanism of material movement of sewing machine and determination of law of lath motion at the different parameters of the system and its equalization. It also determins concrete values of linear speed of point Е of lever – laths at moving of material in sewing machines. A mechanism is worked out with the storage of energy as a conical spring, that operates at the horizontal moving of lath and a mechanism is executed as the reserved kinematics chain.

According to the author, changes in higher education are focused on the implementation of the concept of entrepreneurial university. This concept involves the changes of the basic approaches to both the organization of internal activities of higher education institutions and to interaction with other actors (the state, regional authorities, business, foreign partners). The concept of an entrepreneurial university (University 3.0.) is associated with a general reform of the social sphere, oriented toward the process of its denationalization.

The article is devoted to the study of the free-rider problem in a postindustrial society. This problem is often always discussed from the point of view of evading by some individuals from payments in financing public goods production, which reduces the possibility of their optimal production. But the costs of individuals consist not only of such payments. And if the consumption of these benefits is possible without compensation by individuals for the financial costs of their production, then from a different kind of costs - the expenditure of personal time for their consumption (in the postindustrial society it is a rare economic resource for and individual), they cannot evade, and this can change the consequences of the free-rider problem. Therefore, when the theory, speaking of the free-rider problem, focuses attention on non-payment of taxes and losses of suppliers of goods, it should be taken into account that in post-industrial society, the stowaways themselves will suffer losses, since by their actions they increase not only the expenses of the personal time of all consumers, but also their own. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the free-rider problem not only from the point of view of evading payments, but also from the standpoint of the costs of the personal time of consumers of goods.

Family is a system of a person’s social functioning. The article consists of the survey that was conducted April, 7–11, 2017, among students from NEFU: “Attitudes of teenagers to family values”. The study involved 150 students from NEFU. The aim of the research is to determine the level of teenagers’ readiness for family life and the factors affecting the creation of a new family. This analysis showed that most students are not ready to marry and have a wrong idea of ​​creating a family.

The article considers scientific direction of the development of military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation in order to increase its role within scientific and technological competition at the international level, where measures are being taken. These measures relate to scientific interpretation of individual positions, patterns and their interrelations, concepts and models of scientific views on any questions relating to the development of Russian scientific and technological part in the field of military-industrial complex.

The paper deals with iterative interpolation methods in forms of similar recursive procedures defined by a sort of simple functions (interpolation basis) not necessarily real valued. These basic functions are kind of arbitrary type being defined just by wish and considerations of user. The studied interpolant construction shows virtue of versatility: it may be used in a wide range of vector spaces endowed with scalar product, no dimension restrictions, both in Euclidean and Hilbert spaces. The choice of basic interpolation functions is as wide as possible since it is subdued nonessential restrictions. The interpolation method considered in particular coincides with traditional polynomial interpolation (mimic of Lagrange method in real unidimensional case) or rational, exponential etc. in other cases. The interpolation as iterative process, in fact, is fairly flexible and allows one procedure to change the type of interpolation, depending on the node number in a given set. Linear interpolation basis options (perhaps some nonlinear ones) allow to interpolate in noncommutative spaces, such as spaces of nondegenerate matrices, interpolated data can also be relevant elements of vector spaces over arbitrary numeric field. By way of illustration, the author gives the examples of interpolation on the real plane, in the separable Hilbert space and the space of square matrices with vektorvalued source data.

The article reveals the concept of economic value added indicator, describing the factors affecting this indicator and provides the characteristic of its main users. The example of calculation of economic value added for a typical company of the wine industry of Krasnodar region, JSC «APF «Fanagoria» has been provided. The role of economic value added for the development of effective development strategy of an industrial enterprise has been developed.

The article examines the questions concerning the optimization of territorial structure in the Sverdlovsk region associated with the comprehensive transformation of the economy of single-industry towns and mono economics areas. The author has analyzed the population dynamics of the region and industrial production, with allocation of single-industry towns. A classification of towns by type of localization economy has been classified. The author has made some conclusions on quality solution of the problems in the single-industry towns in the Sverdlovsk region.

The article provides the results of 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring of 106 women with arterial hypertension with hypoestrogenemia with “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity. When analyzing the nature and structure of dysrhythmia, it is established that frequent and allorhythmic supraventricular extrasystoles are registered more often among women with arterial hypertension with estradiol deficiency with “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity, than among patients without “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity. Similar trends can be observed in the frequency of occurrence of ventricular rhythm disturbances.

The paper examines approaches to the estimation of intergenerational correlations of earnings and education. Reasons for the existence of the correlation between characteristics of parents and children are stated. Restrictions for the application of the concept of credit constraints to explain intergenerational correlations are discussed. Approaches to identifying the causal effects of parental income and education on children’s ones are reviewed.

The article deals with the legal status of Kyrgyz woman, her rights and responsibilities in marriage and family, property and inheritance relations, in accordance with adat and sharia.

The article contains the results of holter ECG monitoring of 78 women with arterial hypertension of the II stage in the late fertile period with diagnosed left ventricular hypertrophy with hypoestrogenemy with "metabolically healthy" visceral obesity (MHVO) at the outpatient stage and the frequency of episodes of SMI in this category of patients. Patients with hypertension with concentric LVH have a greater potential for the development of relative coronary insufficiency, than women with its eccentric option. Limitation of coronary perfusion and reduced relaxation properties of hypertrophied myocardium in women with hypertension in late fertile period with diagnosed LVH may be a pathophysiological basis of the mechanism of myocardial ischemia, which is manifested in the form of episodes of SMI, which is significantly more often (p < 0,05) occurs in patients with metabolic "morbid"obesity.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern problems of interaction of the system of humanitarian education and the requirements of labor market (city of Ekaterinburg as an example). Based on the analysis of the data in 2016 of expert interviews and a survey of opinions of the representatives of various economic sectors, the authors managed to fix the trend of division of «new» and «old» humanitarian professions as the signal of labor market for the educational system. The article may be interesting for the managers of the system of professional training.

According to the authors, when designing a spacecraft, the main direction in the development of highly efficient designs is to optimize the distribution of specific density, the stiffness of the material according to the size of a component or construction in accordance with the field of existing loadings. This problem can be solved either by rational distribution of isotropic material, or by regulation of stiffness, strength and deformability of the material by the volume of the product. Such materials are polymeric composite materials (PCM) and their elastic-mechanical characteristics can be adjusted within a wide range, including body structure.
