This article presents ways to increase the effectiveness of training, development of physical culture of preschool children with visual impairment

Lithological triangles are used in order to construct a geological lithofacies map under the conditions of significant bore-hole mud weight. The placement of these triangles’ points and their triangular coordinates do not always coincide. Gibbs triangle and Gibbs-Rosebom triangle are used in physical chemistry. The second is better developed. The planimetry theorems are the basis for the rules of constructing and using the triangle. When applying nomographic methods it is suggested to use a standard triangle to construct lithofacies maps (maps with a lithological cut).

In this study we carried out screening of pregnant women to detect urinary tract infections. We analysed the period of pregnancy and its termination in the presence of asymptomatic bacteria, made morphological analysis of placenta and fetal membranes. It was found out that when pregnant women have untreated and recurrent bacteriuria, the number of complications during pregnancy and its termination increases, and the state of fetoplacental complex deteriorates. Focal leukocyte horionamnionitis develops, it couples with preterm rupture of membranes, morphological and functional immaturity, vesiculesis and hypotrophy of fetus.

Definition of environmental risks reduction criteria in ecological educational environment allows the administration of the university to take based relations for improving the quality of environmental training among students to improve their health. The sources of environmental risks in technical colleges are accidents, uncertainty, probability and inconsistency of the educational environment. With regard to the specifics of marine technical education, this problem gains particular importance, since cadets (students) during teaching process must learn how to work in extreme conditions – high-risk and responsibility conditions. Based on the fact that ecological educational environment of marine technical university acts as a guarantor of risk minimization criteria of efficiency and environmental risk reduction factors are defined. Creation of score-rating system for assessing the environment knowledge among students depending on ecological educational conditions of a technical college permits all the participants of the educational process to make ecologically reasoned and thoughtful solutions for high-quality training of cadets (students).

The article deals with the problems related to the reform of the rules of criminal liability for fraud in the Criminal Code of our country. A general description of the corpus delicti related to fraud and its species referred to in section 22 of the Criminal Code «Fraud and criminal misuse of trust» are given. Basing on the analysis of German legislation it was concluded that while reformation of the rules of fraud in the national Criminal Code of Russia the legislator took into account the experience of the Criminal Code of Germany.
