In our research we have to open the contents of aesthetic taste. It is determined historically and connected to the various political, ideological and religious sides of life a society. The concept of taste reflects the metaphysics maintained by culture. Totalitarian taste – derivative the totalitarian state. Propagation of optimism, flatter realism, photographic concreteness, staging of official ceremonies, and private life has transformed art of this time into a mix of a forgery with heroism, that equally forged culture of people, and also had destructive effect on an aesthetics and ethics of the silent majority. In papers we attempt to determine the basic attributes of totalitarian taste is made within the framework of aesthetic interpretation of creativity of the Russian artist of the beginning of XX century – K.S.Petrov-Vodkin.

The article deals with objective preconditions of forming stable bases of the cluster theory and its specific features, the attention is paid to historical aspects of dialectical development of the cluster theory. The authors highlighted the main tasks, accomplishment of which is necessary for achieving an effective cluster policy in the system of the national economy. This article presents the results of microbiological tests of soils in emergency oil and gas facilities in Yakutia. The author found that in the process of self-healing soil is not sufficiently cleansed of hydrocarbon contamination and are in the environmental stress. The signs of soil degradation are thinning or absence of vegetation, phytotoxicity, changes in physical and chemical properties of the soil: formation of lumpy soil structure, hydrophobicity, salinity, high pH values, lack of available phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, phytotoxicity.

The article presents a retrospective analysis of information and communication technologies entering into the library system in Germany and Austria. In the course of the structural changes of university libraries belonging to leading German-speaking countries based on information and communication technology, library practices were involved in the processes of informatization, virtualization, globalization and commercialization. Lithological triangles are used in order to construct a geological lithofacies map under the conditions of significant bore-hole mud weight. The placement of these triangles’ points and their triangular coordinates do not always coincide. Gibbs triangle and Gibbs-Rosebom triangle are used in physical chemistry. The second is better developed. The planimetry theorems are the basis for the rules of constructing and using the triangle. When applying nomographic methods it is suggested to use a standard triangle to construct lithofacies maps (maps with a lithological cut).

In this study we carried out screening of pregnant women to detect urinary tract infections. We analysed the period of pregnancy and its termination in the presence of asymptomatic bacteria, made morphological analysis of placenta and fetal membranes. It was found out that when pregnant women have untreated and recurrent bacteriuria, the number of complications during pregnancy and its termination increases, and the state of fetoplacental complex deteriorates. Focal leukocyte horionamnionitis develops, it couples with preterm rupture of membranes, morphological and functional immaturity, vesiculesis and hypotrophy of fetus.
