The article analyzes the situation in the Syrian economy, on the basis of which key problems are identified: GDP fall, inflation, decline in household incomes, imbalance in foreign economic activity with a predominance of imports. It is justified that in order to increase the efficiency of the national economy in Syria, it is necessary not only to carry out economic reforms but ensure the preservation of the existing foreign economic relations.

The article contains the results of the analysis of the legal regulation of the types and procedures of encouragement of social educators of minors, as one of the measures increasing their efficiency and stimulating their activity. The research was done on the basis of a complex approach, comparative method and the principle of methodological pluralism. In the present paper the structure of the social and economic potential of the territory is analyzed, the existing approaches and points of view are examined. The article is devoted to problems of distribution of early, middle and late Sarmatian cultures in the basin of the river Esaulovsky Aksay. The paper presents the dynamic model of the machine assembly with a recommended mechanism for moving material and the definition of the law of rails motion under various system parameters. The author has suggested the solution implemented by the system of differential equations numerically on the PC and the system describing the motion of the machine set.
