The subject of research is the freight transportation organization. The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for integrated assessment of economic efficiency of freight transport. The article presents the scientific principles applicable to the investigation of various types of freight transport: road, railroad, water and air. The obtained results will allow to make rational, scientifically sound and cost-effective management decisions in the field of organization of cargo delivery.

In the transition of the leading countries of the world on an innovative way of development, transport is considered as one of the most important factors of socio-economic growth in Russia. Transport contributes to strengthening the unity of the economic area of the country, improves the interregional and international transport and economic relations, increases the efficient using of natural resources, develops entrepreneurship and international cooperation. However, there is a number of obstacles before implementation of transport and transit potential of Russia. The paper deals with features of international and national transport corridors on the territory of Russia and the key problems of their functioning and possible ways to overcome them.

The article describes the development of “competence” concept in the history of linguistics and the methods of language teaching as well. It also analyzes the main concepts of scientists and presents the structures of linguistic competence of different authors. Based on the analysis the authors have studied the definition of linguistic competence and the main stages of linguistic skills development in language teaching. The researchers have analyzed the main information and communication technologies, which make the teaching process more effective.

In the article, the author discussed the development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities in terms of preschool educational establishment. On the basis of theoretical analysis results, previously performed by several authors of research works, the author justifies the importance of this work to implement good practice in preschool educational establishment, aimed at the formation of important child’s communicative abilities in this age. Analysis of the current modern conditions of activity of the preschool educational establishment and the failure of elaboration of thistopic determined the purpose of this study, which is based on formation of communicative abilities in children of preschool age through theatrical activities. The need for decisions formulated by the author of the study, determined the course of the experimental part of the work aimed at the identification of pedagogical conditions and the development of methods of learning, including theatrical activities and promoting the effective development of communication skills. In this paper the technique is presented quite briefly, however, the author reveals the main stages of its implementation in the activities of the preschool educational establishment. The result of logical and scientific experimental part of the study, the author confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodology for lessons, aimed at formation of high-level communicative abilities in preschoolers.

This article deals with the implementation of educational technologies such as an activity in the museum for the purpose of forming cognitive competence of elder preschoolers. The projection of school educational technologies on pre-school children is also a mean of creating a succession of stages of education and school readiness, as well as the adaptation of future primary school children.

The article presents an analysis of statistics, which shows that the probability to get in a road accident is higher and it is most likely to die in an air transport accident, by becoming a party of it.

The research of rational integrated solutions for the preservation of historic sites in Russia today is a priority in the restoration, for the purpose of successful implementation of new methods and modern international developments on the restoration and conservation of monuments. Inner reinforcement discussed in this article shall be the most efficient and technologically advanced method of strengthening the internal structures of architectural monuments in their conservation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

The article analyzes urgent issues of application of international law in the field of labor relations. The analysis of bilateral trade is made on the basis of studying the dynamics of the growth rate of exports and imports, the foreign trade turnover and commodity structure of export-import operations between the countries of the EEU. The article identifies the most promising and priority areas for integration, the main pros and cons of the integration. The paper explores the dependence of member countries on the foreign trade.

В статье рассматриваются основные причины увеличения выбросов загрязняющих веществ автомобилями. Анализируются транспортные потоки на основных автомагистралях и перекрестках с высокой транспортной нагрузкой Центрального района г. Тольятти. Предлагаются градостроительные и организационные мероприятия по снижению выбросов от автотранспорта.

В статье рассмотрены важнейшие экологические проблемы. В работе представлен объем сброса загрязняющих веществ в воду и атмосферу в России за 2005–2015 гг.

Abstract: this article is devoted to questions of diagnostics of musical abilities, namely the diagnosis of a sense of rhythm in children of Junior classes additional pre-service education. Due to the fact that the problem of diagnostics of musical abilities in our time is relevant in this article deals with the concept of “diagnosis”, what does diagnostic, diagnostic tasks. So we are talking about the diagnosis as a way of monitoring in the educational process.
