В статье проанализированы результаты научных исследований по оценке конкурентоспособности медицинских услуг. Автором выявлены причины противоречий в оценках конкурентоспособности лечебно-профилактических учреждений. Определены оптимизационные пути по оценке конкурентоспособности на современном этапе рыночных отношений.

В статье раскрывается понятие «беспомощное состояние потерпевшего», анализируются особенности уголовно-правовой оценки беспомощного состояния потерпевшего. В работе делаются выводы о том, что не в полной мере разработаны на законодательном уровне конкретные рекомендации по квалификации преступлений, совершаемых в отношении беспомощных потерпевших, слабо изучены их психологические особенности.

В данной статье рассмотрена норма уголовного права, закрепляющая уголовную ответственность за незаконную рубку лесных насаждений. Автором акцентируется внимание на несовершенстве статьи 260 УК РФ. В работе предложены пути устранения недостатков данной нормы.

The article describes the possibilities of the model expansion taking into account the cost of the restored spare part.

In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

In the analytical consideration of the step-by-step development of domestic transport engineering, the main directions of the elaborated state strategy are outlined. The established priorities, guidelines and development mechanisms are noted. According to the author, the lack of unified approaches to the calculation of financial indicators, the multiple interpretations of their meanings ​​and the imperfection of information support of financial analysis hamper the effectiveness of economic entities operating under market principles. The existing approach to determining the financial condition of an enterprise does not always give the required qualitative result of an evaluation of its financial and economic activities. While analyzing the financial status of economic entities, it would be useful to take into account their industry particularities, size and organizational structure, development strategy and competitiveness in the market for goods and services.

According to the author, automated information systems play a significant role in successful implementation of the strategy of modern Russian education. The use of information technologies in management in the aspect of improving the quality of education contributes to a change in functional responsibilities and the role of manager, change of organizational structure of management, the emergence of a certain regulation performance, changes in ways of management of an educational institution as a whole.

This article covers the expression of implicit gender identity of the subject of speech activity in the 19th and 20th century women's memories. The study revealed that implicit gender aspects associated with linguistic ascertainment of gender stereotypes presented in female linguistic material form the lexico-semantic category of “Character”. Within this category, the lexico-semantic sub-categories “Emotionality”, “Fearfulness and diffidence” and “Dreaminess” play a significant role, representing the corresponding stereotypes.

The article provides the study that was conducted among young female athletes engaged in table tennis and having a violation of posture, with an assessment of metric and strength indicators. In the experimental group in parallel training a course of corrective gymnastics was conducted. The high efficiency of a combination of regular sports training and corrective gymnastics is established with a leveling of negative influence on the posture of asymmetrical sports.

The article deals with the classification system of arts by American analytical philosopher Nelson Goodman. His concept of the dividing of the art-world into two types of art: «allographic» and «autographic» arts is strongly problematic. The author proves that an empirical distinction between the types of art does not negate the profound unity of the artistic world. In the arts, a variety of the material embodiment of artistic images, does not deny their common genetic code of the creative process.
