The author describes the problem of formation of tax literacy and culture of the population of the Russian Federation, identifies the causes of non-compliance with the taxpayer's tax discipline. The statistical analysis of tax offences has been made. This article analyzes the functioning of the Internet in the modern Runet slogans, as well as the definition of their role in the political discourse of language as an effective means of manipulating public consciousness. The analysis shows that in Runet among numerous idiomatic means of expression were specific slogan to the online space, which carry socially significant meaning. The article deals with the classification system of arts by American analytical philosopher Nelson Goodman. His concept of the dividing of the art-world into two types of art: «allographic» and «autographic» arts is strongly problematic. The author proves that an empirical distinction between the types of art does not negate the profound unity of the artistic world. The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists. Training of modern specialists requires a search for new solutions and methods based on interactive communication between students and teacher, and intellectual formation testing system will objectively assess the quality of education.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern problems of interaction of the system of humanitarian education and the requirements of labor market (city of Ekaterinburg as an example). Based on the analysis of the data in 2016 of expert interviews and a survey of opinions of the representatives of various economic sectors, the authors managed to fix the trend of division of «new» and «old» humanitarian professions as the signal of labor market for the educational system. В статье автор рассматривает концепты массовой коммуникации – пропаганду и убеждение. Исследователь проводит четкую грань между этими двумя понятиями, а также выявляет сходства и различия. Автор приходит к выводу, что пропаганда является подсистемой как информации, так и убеждения. Она использует те же техники, что информация и убеждение, однако ее цели простираются дальше: пропаганда не ищет взаимного понимания или взаимного удовлетворения потребностей коммуникатора и аудитории, пропаганда сознательно и систематически ищет способы получения реакций, которые бы соответствовали намерениям пропагандиста.

Автор статьи отмечает, что современное состояние логистики много в чем определяется бурным развитием и внедрением во все сферы информационно-компьютерных технологий. Реализация большинства логистических концепций и систем была бы невозможной без использования быстродействующих компьютеров, локальных вычислительных сетей, телекоммуникационных систем и информационно-программного обеспечения. Значение информационного обеспечения логистического процесса настолько велико, что многие специалисты выделяют особую информационную логистику, которая имеет самостоятельное значение в бизнесе и управлении информационными потоками и ресурсами.
