The article is devoted to the development of creative abilities of senior pre-school age children. The author uses as a method of development of creative abilities of senior pre-school age children to promote development of the emotional responsiveness, imagination, neatness and diligence forming among children.

The article actualizes the problem of increasing the effectiveness of training foreign students in the economic profile in the context of the subsequent provision of the labor market with highly qualified professionals that meet the growing demands of the current economic situation. The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

The article concerns the issues of trashing flaps of mung bean, technology of harvesting, the construction, producing thrashing of the flaps is proposed. Existing three methods of threshing mach culture are presented and analyzed as well as ways of thrashing are described. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are overseen. According to the patent study the most appropriate device for thrashing of this culture is pointed out. According to studied properties and characteristics of the leaves and mung beans, a new method of threshing  mung bean flaps based on the features of this culture is proposed.

An attempt to specify the typology of female images in the novels of I.S. Turgenev is made in the article. Three main variations are revealed: "Turgenev`s girl", possessing high spirituality, purity, strength of character; "infernal woman," having something magic, correlated in the works of the writer with the motive of love-power; a woman-mother, in which, on the one hand, the features of the lady mistress of the aristocratic estate, hungry for adoration, worship, which carries a shade of falsehood, are pointed out, and on the other hand, the mother of the family, giving her relatives warmth and love. However, all female images are described with psychological realness and depth.

This article deals with the problem of describing the dialogical speech within the framework of the work of Bernhard Schlink, attention is paid to the linguistic elements used to transmit communicative acts and to the authors' goals aimed at the realization of creative intent. The purpose of the work is to consider the features of the transmission of live, real speech in the works of Bernhard Schlink. The work is of a survey nature. It provides examples of the author's use of phonetic, lexical and syntactic elements of the language, which contribute to the creation of a real dialogical speech between the characters. It was revealed that the description of communal acts in the works of Bernhard Schlink is characterized by a tendency to a strong emotional impact on the reader, the use of means of various linguistic levels responds to the author's desire to differentiate the text of the work in a stylistic way. From the lexical point of view Schlink resorts to the use of various kinds of colloquial elements of the language or units of low style, here are used phraseological units, modal particles, interjections, etc. From the syntactic side, the author uses incomplete sentences, free word order and etc. In the phonetic plan, the author shortens words, deafens them, as this happens during a real communicative act. The use of colloquial elements in the works allows the author to diversify the text stylistically and makes it more interesting for the reader, which is confirmed by the fact that Bernhard Schlink belongs to the most popular German writers of the day.

Under the influence of globalization, which we can now observe in all aspects of production, as well as the opening of markets and economies, outsourcing cannot be ignored by the management of the enterprise. Nevertheless, the gap between theory and real practice still exists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm for introducing outsourcing into the practical activities of the enterprise.

Consideration of the company's activity through the stages of the life cycle is one of the modern approaches to the analysis of economic entities. There are a wide variety of methods for determining these stages, but many of them are difficult to apply in practice. In this article, an attempt to describe several applied approaches for identification of the corporate life-cycle stages was made. Methods of both foreign and domestic scientists-economists were analyzed.

The article considers models of risk assessment that can be applied to cargo transportation, for forecasting possible damage in the form of financial and material costs in order to reduce the percentage of probability of their occurrence. The analysis of risk by the method «Criterion. Event. Rule" is represented. This method is based on the collection of information by various methods, assigning an assessment to the identified risks, ranking and formulating a report on the analysis. It can be carried out as a fully manual mechanical method of information collecting and performing calculations or can be brought to an automated level from data collection to the delivery of finished results (but in this case some nuances that could significantly influence the outcome of the analysis can be ignored). The expert method is of particular importance, since it relies directly on human experience. In this case, a special role is played by the human factor. The collection of information and the assigned assessments to risk groups depend on the extent to which experts agree on this issue. The smaller the fluctuations in the values ​​of the estimates of the experts, the more accurate and optimal the results will be.

The name of this system «neoglyph» comes from the term «hieroglyphs», which indicates the similarity of both sign systems. The essence of the concept is to describe the whole concept in one picture. In order to record a speech, it is necessary to add those concepts to a logical chain, supplementing the drawings with necessary grammatical signs. Neoglyphs can be deciphered by carriers of different languages. However, together with its author, its eubiotics, Esperanto and the idea of universal understanding neoglyphs were gradually ousted from the public's consciousness in 1944. Meanwhile, we still can find interesting and inspiring ideas in the works of Alexander Sommer Batek.
