The main objective of this study is to clarify the economic essence of the concept of competitiveness, as well as its components in relation to the activities of economic entities and the modern realities of the development of the Russian economy, taking into account the negative impact of sanctions restrictions. To achieve this goal, the study used methods for the synthesis and analysis of economic information. As a result of the study, the concept of competitiveness was clarified in relation to the activities of economic entities in the context of sanctions restrictions.

The article discusses the concept of “game” in English classes in primary school, as well as its functions, methodological tasks. Examples of gaming technologies are given. The game is considered as an exercise in which students can repeatedly repeat a specific speech pattern. In games, schoolchildren master such elements of communication as the ability to start a conversation, support it, interrupt the interlocutor at the right time, agree with him or refute it, the ability to listen to the interlocutor, ask clarifying questions, etc.

This monograph deals with the problem of threshing and grain separation in two-phase threshing device of the combine. During combine harvesting, high-quality seeds of soya fall into the total mass of the grain, pass through the entire threshing stage by the first and second drums, cleaning, crushing into halves and small parts and sorted out after post-harvest processing. The authors conclude that with this soybean harvesting technology, more than 50% of the seeds are not receiving the natural resource of yield gain, since the different-quality seeds are not separated or collected separately during the operation of the air-screen cleaning of the combine. According to earlier studies, soybean yield losses are 2.7–3.3 dt/ha.

В данной работе описана оригинальная технология снабжения антивирусными средствами коллектива пользователей научной единицы на примере Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки Центрального Экономико-математического института Российской академии наук и известного отечественного антивирусного средства «Доктор Веб». Технология базируется на выделенном Антивирусном сервере и ряде разработанных автором программных средств. В числе пользователей присутствуют ПК общемировой сети Интернет, внутренней локальной сети, в том числе её выделенных сегментов, а также пользователи сегмента DialUp. Данная технология реализована в ЦЭМИ РАН с 2003 г и успешно эксплуатируется более 15 лет. Максимальное число пользователей превышало 200 ПК и серверов. Монография рекомендована к печати Учёным советом Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки ЦЭМИ РАН.

There are many programming languages that are designed to perform specific tasks. Scratch is much easier than all traditional programming languages. This work is devoted to the research of Scratch environment possibilities for solving mathematical problems. The monograph describes the construction of a fundamentally new current collector Belov, its technical characteristics, assembly order and adjustment. The paper describes a safety device when the carriage arrives current-removable inserts on the obstacles of the contact network, for example, insulators, intersections, etc. The design of the current collector reduces the wear of current removable inserts by 5–6 times in accordance with the results of long term operational verification of the current collector TPB.00.00.

The article explores different aspects of the concept «stupidity» presented in Russian and Vietnamese phraseology, proverbs and sayings. Based on the comparative analysis of Russian and Vietnamese stable expressions, united by the concept «stupidity», it is concluded that in most characteristics the understanding of this concept in Russian and Vietnamese coincide. The most important non-matching characteristic of the concept «stupidity» is that Russian linguoculture is characterized by ambivalent understanding of stupidity, in the light of which stupidity can be a phenomenon closely related to cunning, and Vietnamese linguoculture is characterized by a more unambiguous assessment of stupidity.

In the article, in the case of phraseology of the thematic group «Mind-stupidity», various methodological developments are presented that contribute to better assimilation of this group of stable expressions in the Vietnamese audience. Special emphasis is placed on exercises based on a transfer method, designed to teach Russian in a Vietnamese audience by Vietnamese teachers.

The article discusses the features of gaming technologies usage in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language at the initial stage and various positive aspects of gaming technologies usage in the learning process. It is concluded that games contribute to overcoming the psychological barrier that arises in all students studying a foreign language. The article also analyzes the types of games presented in one of the most popular textbooks on Russian as a foreign language – the «Road in Russia» educational complex. In conclusion, it is stated that role-playing games are the kind of games most organically combined with the tasks of teaching Russian as a foreign language.

The Northern Sea Route, as an international transport system, remains a reserve of international transport system, which conceals in itself huge potential of the international cooperation and development of the Russian Arctic.
