This paper justifies balanced policy of rural development through loan support programs for agricultural producers. The authors have analyzed the data on profit, loans and credits of 74 agricultural enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region and provided an obtained information in the article. They also have justified the state support of agricultural loans and balanced development of the village.

The article describes the essence and role of intellectual development of the head of an educational organization in the conditions of innovative economy. It also reveals the content of managerial competence as a main factor of increasing the intellectual development of the head and his/her social effectiveness. The author compares the answers of students from different generations.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The article presents the history of second foreign language teaching from the point of views presented by philosophers and educators dating back to Ancient Egypt and the beginning of the 20th century. The overviewed philosophical and educational ideas have been applied in the modern context of the activity, communicative and ethnocultural approaches to second foreign language teaching.

The article deals with the necessity of organization of professionally oriented training for students, future teachers of a foreign language, from junior courses. The minimum of professional skills that the students must master at the initial stage is allocated. The ways of forming the allocated skills are proposed, and algorithms for working with them are also considered.

The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. Speaking of the educational and role model individuality he stresses that sensual obviousness of the educational and role model is relative, fragmentary and it plays a support role. According to the author it is important to pay much attention to gnoseological capacity of the educational and role model during the process of information support of adult education.

The article discusses the concept and types of anxiety, the characteristics of student age, describes the experience of diagnosis and psychotherapy of students’ anxiety during the examination session by the scientific student laboratory. The work consists of 3 stages: 1) ascertaining stage – the aim is to analyze the level of students’ anxiety; 2) psycho-corrective stage – the aim is to optimize and reduce the level of anxiety of students in the examination period; 3) controlling stage – the aim is to analyze the influence of the method of desensitization and reprocessing trauma by eye movements (EMDR) on the level of students’ anxiety.

This article briefly considered the problem of healthy food, culture of food and influence of design as a culture on the positive perception of useful products. The comparative analysis of the American fast food and the Japanese sushi (the most common forms of fast food in our country) are carried out for identification of design means at the expense of which the attractive image of food is formed and the visual harmony is reached. The article provides the analysis of used conservation agents in the wine industry and the research about their impact on human's health. Sulfur dioxide and potassium sorbate are often used in the food industry and winery. This research shows which dose is potentially a threat to human's health. According to the norms of the Customs Union – the permissible dose of sulfites in wine is 300 mg/l. In this amount for healthy people, the E220 additive does not pose a threat. According to the research, the safest wines, with the minimum amount of conservation agents are "organic" wines, the content of sulfur dioxide in them is from 10 mg/l to 120 mg/l.

The paper outlines the main concepts of intercultural communication in modern foreign language educational environment.
