According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a set of various interrelations and the relations of economic entities which are based on a basis of self-government and membership of participants of corporation on long-term contractual and contract conditions. This, in turn, predetermines the search of new, most effective forms and methods of formation and development of control systems of corporations including increases in level of their personnel potential.

Family is a system of a person’s social functioning. The article consists of the survey that was conducted April, 7–11, 2017, among students from NEFU: “Attitudes of teenagers to family values”. The study involved 150 students from NEFU. The aim of the research is to determine the level of teenagers’ readiness for family life and the factors affecting the creation of a new family. This analysis showed that most students are not ready to marry and have a wrong idea of ​​creating a family.

Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. According to the authors, every day a number of threats to information security increases, and this requires an increase in resources (systems) of information protection of organizations and enterprises. There are many information security tools with different functionality, but the main mean of preventing information leakage is the Date Loss Prevention (DLP) system.
