The article considers practical aspects of the demonstration of accentuated personality traits in athletes (on the basis of the Republican Medical Sports Dispensary). In addition, the study devoted to the analysis of the difference in the demonstrations of accentuated traits among athletes engaged in contact and non-contact sports. The sample was made up of athletes residing in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia in quantity of 31 people, aged 19 to 28 years. All participants in the sample have sports ranks: Candidate Master of Sports (24 people) and Master of Sports (7 people). Athletes were divided into two groups, according to their sport specialization. Tthe group of contact sports included athletes engaged in martial arts (boxing, wrestling, karate). This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.

In this article the employment problem among youth is covered. This problem is important nowadays because of the situation of an economic crisis and the youth becomes one of the most unprotected group of the population. As young people have no practical experience and employers draw the close attention to this fact first of all, they are forced to work not in their specialty that is one of the reasons of turnover of staff. The reasons of turnover of staff among youth became an object of research. A research objective – identification and the analysis of the reasons of turnover of staff among youth for development of recommendations about their elimination. The tool for carrying out a research is a sociological poll. The authors presented the results of questionnaire and developed some recommendations to decrease the level of turnover of staff in retail chain stores.

The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of the current school education system and the necessity of searching effective methods and means for students to be prepared for the tests and exams taking into account the modern requirements. The author defines the concept of «control-examinational strategies». The repertoire of knowledge and skills included in this type of strategies is presented. The necessity of teaching students control-examinational strategies is actualized and proved.

In this article on the material of the conducted research special aspects of motivation of junior students of non-linguistic specialties to the study of the academic discipline “foreign language” are analyzed, details of students' self-assessment of their knowledge in this field are revealed. The author compares the answers of students from different generations.

In pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern Russian historiography the problem of evaluation of «foreign» influence in various periods in the development of Russia is more than actual, and thoroughly represented. The author notes that in this period, one of the areas of such influence was the activities of foreign («foreign») both military and civilian professionals of various profile and level, invited to the Russian service at the end of the XVII–XVIII centuries. In his article, the author, based on the study of new archival and other sources, attempts to evaluate the «pros» and «cons» of foreign influence, primarily on the development of the Russian state military science and military schools, as well as to strengthen the defense of the state during the first quarter of the XVIII century. In addition, for the first time the article introduces some archival sources into scientific circulation.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists. Training of modern specialists requires a search for new solutions and methods based on interactive communication between students and teacher, and intellectual formation testing system will objectively assess the quality of education.

The article is devoted to problems of Russian inclusive education. Based on the results of theoretical analysis the author raises some questions and their solutions may help to increase the effectiveness of the activity of inclusive educational organizations, provide harmonization of relations of inclusive education members and that will guarantee a successful integration of children with disabilities and special needs in the society.
