Как отмечают авторы данной статьи, в процессе жизнедеятельности человек изменяет окружающую его природу, формируя среду обитания под себя и свои нужды. Природная (естественная) составляющая среды обитания неминуемо претерпевает изменения, которые нельзя назвать эффективным результатом взаимодействия человека и природы, природы и общества. Следовательно, требуется правовое регулирование той хозяйственной деятельности человека, которая наносит несокрушимый вред естественной среде обитания (земле, воде, воздуху, животному миру).

Экологические проблемы природопользования из разряда естественнонаучных переросли в социальные проблемы и даже социально-психологические. В современном обществе нарушения законодательных норм в области природопользования становятся некой нормой. В поисках решения проблем предпринята попытка исследования социальной составляющей проблемы с перспективой выхода на психологию отношения современного человека к природе.

The article presents research-based materials, indicating the current problems of land of reindeer pastures in the Nenets Autonomous District, which are expressed by a lack of large- and medium-scale geobotanical maps that capture the state of the vegetation cover under the influence of agro-climatic and anthropogenic impacts and regional norms of feeding the reindeer for solutions on the rational use of pastures.

The article discusses the reasons of rejection of Bicycle transport. It is noted that the main causes are the heavy ecological situation in Moscow and a large number of vehicles. The authors note that according to the Department of natural resources 90% of pollution is caused by the road transport. To solve this problem, the authors offer to use bicycles and to develop a network of cycle routes and excursions, improve the quality of bike paths to connect them together, to approve the rules of the road (SDA) for cyclists, which will reduce the number of accidents with their participation. The article presents strong arguments in favor of the development and use of bicycles and bicycle tours.

According to the author trust and partnership relations between governments changed to the sanctions and misunderstanding, there are also economical, migration, ecological, social and other types of crises, military collisions and other problems, which effect national security of any country, including Russian Federation.

The relevance of the work due to the need to assess areas of Auliekol district to identify land with a low coefficient of natural protection areas. The purpose of the work is to evaluate ecological and economic balance of Auliekol district of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author applied a method of assessment of environmental and economic balance taking into account the anthropogenic load. To study the state of the object on a regional scale choice as the basis of analysis of the structure of land seems the most adequate, since it is a device of land use objectively reflects the current state of industrial, agricultural, and recreational impacts. The complex assessment of ekologo-economic balance of the territory of Auliekol area ratio of the major categories of land use, taking into account the intensity of anthropogenic load. Coefficient of natural protected areas and analyzed emerging trends in the changing ecological and economic condition. The calculations show that the status of the research area at the moment in General, can be defined as moderately transformed, but clearly there is a tendency the increase of negative phenomena – is the increment of the land subjected to anthropogenic impact

This article deals with the problem of ecological danger of road infrastructure objects. Road infrastructure includes bus stations, bus depots, car service centers and roadside cafes located throughout the highway system. With the implementation of mass-produced counterfeit water and food in the catering outlets and around the purification of them from all kinds of infections is relevant.

Fires in the forests of the central ecological zone are the main disaster, which disturb forests’ ecosystems and reduce the environmental impact of forests. Through statistical analysis the author identified as follows: forest fire situation (square, frequency, and timber loss) for the period from 2011 to 2015. Moreover, the research includes the information about the dynamic patterns and main causes of fire.

The article analyzes current trends in the development of eco-farms and extrapolates the experimental methods of occupational health according to the specifics of agriculture. The authors develop a security system of rules and norms of behavior in the eco-farm, allowing not only to protect the staff from work-related injuries, but also to positively effect on business development.

The clinical forms of ecopathology and clinical and epidemiological features of congenital and acquired diseases of children living in the area of nuclear waste tailings (city Mailu-Suu Kyrgyz Republic) are studied in this article. The existing environmental management tools (environmental impact assessment, certification, auditing and the best available techniques) do not allow to evaluate environmental compatibility of projects and technologies, and are not able to specify the ways of their optimization. The authors suggest estimates of non-wastes, specific consumption, ecological and economical effectiveness, land capacity. The efficiency of reducing their values to a single integral component was proved in the article.

В статье раскрывается актуальность формирования у детей старшего дошкольного возраста ключевых компетентностей в практике экологического образования для обеспечения дошкольнику умения свободно ориентироваться в многообразии окружающей действительности, а также для успешного обучение в школе.

Статья посвящена проблеме экологического образования и воспитания. Обобщен практический опыт организации экологического квеста в зимний период на прогулочных площадках детского сада. Приведены результаты формирования поисково-познавательной деятельности воспитанников.

В работе проведено социально-демографическое и клинико-психологическое обследования (шкала самооценки тревожности Ч.Д. Спилбергера – Ханина для измерения ситуативной и личностной тревожности, опросник Леонгарда – Шмишека для определения акцентуированности характера) пациентов старшего зрелого и пожилого возраста, проживающих ранее на экологически загрязненной территирии Южноуральского региона. Выявлены высокие показатели по всем типам акцентуаций характера, высокая личностная и реактивная тревожность, высокий уровень социально-психологической напряженности, аффективные расстройства.
