Целью настоящей работы являлось экспериментальное исследование характеристик мощных амальгамных ламп с дугой низкого давления в смесях неон-аргон при общем давлении смеси от 70 до 110 Па. Содержание неона в смеси варьировалось от 30 до 60%.

The article gives a definition and indicates a difference between the term-word and phrase-term and their place in the terminology as systems. The fundamental difference between such a system and the lexical-semantic system of language in general is on the level of semantics of the opposition, it means on the level of the concepts designated by them. Teaching students translation of technical texts one should focus on methods for the isolation of one- and multi-component terms of the text.

The article provides the research relating to the reaction of a new wheat variety “Ekaterina” to the application of chemical and biological plant protection agents and growth stimulants. The high ecological and climatic adaptability of Ekaterina wheat variety has been revealed and this is reflected in an insignificant decrease in crop yields (12–14%) under unfavorable conditions of cultivation in comparison with favorable conditions. The Ekaterina wheat variety have been processed with Grandsil Ultra, Zircon, Izagri Fors, Novosil preparations. This seed processing showed high efficiency during cold wet weather and hot dry-growing season. The effective seed processing of Ekaterina wheat variety with the Rostock, Fitolavin and Strekar preparations has been revealed only during extreme weather conditions.

The article has evaluation of four years observation of the prospective varieties of winter rye Yantarnaya in comparison with the standard in the nursery of the competitive variety trial of the Ural Scientific Research Institute for Agriculture in Yekaterinburg and the results of a two year test in the system of FGBU «Gossortkomissiya». A winter rye is widely used for bread baking mainly. This culture has resistance from negative environmental factors. The main cause of limited use of a winter rye grain for forage is high content water-soluble pentosans over 1.5%. They reduce availability of nutrients to an organism. Creation of varieties with low content of water-soluble pentosans is the rational solution of increase in use of parts of grain of a winter rye in forage production. Together with VIR, a variety with the required characteristics was transferred to the state grade testing. The observation took place in 2013–2017, with contrasts on the weather conditions. According to FGBU «Gossorgkomissiya», the variety has high potential productivity and significantly exceeds same low pentosan variety in the yield.

Based on an analysis of patenting the results of Petrozavodsk State University made the conclusion in 2016 that the inventive activity of university scientists contributes to the formation of innovative research and educational groups focusing on solving urgent problems of the country's economy.

В статье затрагиваются проблемы формирования и обогащения словаря детей дошкольного возраста, обосновывается необходимость активной педагогической деятельности при формировании лексического запаса. В рамках данной технологии разработана и представлена технологическая карта со словом-доминантой «сад» и подробно раскрыты этапы реализации данной технологии.

The paper presents the characteristics of growth and development of soybean varieties Ivan Karamanov outputted in the Khabarovsk Territory, in the conditions of the Ussuriisk urban district of Primorsky Krai on the shorter photoperiod. Under these conditions, varieties Ivan Karamanov decreased growing season, reduced plant height and the height of the attachment of the lower bean yield was 2.73t \ ha.

В работе указаны фирмы, которые на данный момент занимаются перевозками туристов в космос, такие как Virgin Galactic, SpaceX, Space Adventures и др.  Раскрыты особенности инвестирования в космос. Рассмотрены дальнейшие перспективы космического туризма.

It is clear that didactic system, more and more becomes a man-machine (cybernetic) learning system with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Didactic Engineering – a methodology (theory, practice, diagnosis) organization to address didactic problems. Therefore, in the framework of didactic engineering problems are solved by the creation of new and effective teaching systems and equipment (technology) training and diagnostic quality of training using engineering methods, working in virtual and real environment (man-made educational environment). Proposed methods of solving of didactic tasks is justified. They are based on well-known in educational psychology and cybernetics fundamental laws, concepts, principles. These may include: «prirodosoobraznosti training», «zone of proximal development», «training on a high level of difficulty," Ashby's law (the law of requisite variety), as well as the established pattern «solution to the problems in three steps». This law allowed to disclose the reasons for the rapid sustainable development of the student, the key invariant ability, the role of knowledge in solving problems, and in general the fact why some people decide to professional problems more successfully than others. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).

Nowadays special importance is given to the question of individual building. This work is devoted to the formulation of the problems of architectural formsand the usable space optimization in the individual construction, the solution of which contributes to the reduction of the cost of 1 sq. m of housing and the cost of the construction of ancillary facilities.

The article considers content-based links between the concepts of «civilization» and «culture» in the Russian and English languages. The purpose of the study is comparing their content-based components in the lexical semantic fields of verbalization of the concepts under consideration in the Russian and English languages. The research employs the method of cognitive comparative analysis. The analysis of lexical and semantic composition reveals similarities and differences in their structuring in the English and Russian languages. According to the author the result of comparison suggests implications that the concepts under study are perceived differently by the representatives of the Russian and English cultures and contributes to the revelation of national peculiarity of conceptualization of cognate phenomena in the mentality of different peoples.

The problem of enhancing students’ motivation to foreign language learning is considered in this article. In this context a special place is taken by the methods of foreign language teaching on the basis of native language and learning language comparison, identification of language specific features and common features inherent to different languages, language universals. The cognitive approach to language description, its presentation in large groups through semantic fields and functional-cognitive spheres contribute to that.
