According to the author, modeling the systems of personnel management is a complex and multifaceted process and its basic step is to assess the system, including analysis of the structures, processes, and company/organization personnel quality through carrying out audit of the personnel management system.

This article is aimed at studying the problem and the role of product quality management in the production process. External and internal factors of influence on quality management are considered, the primary object of management is revealed, which has a significant impact on quality.
