The article describes a functional model of student self-governance by the example of Russian state vocational pedagogical university. The model bases on vocationally-orientated education and students’ citizenship development. The author thinks that this might well enhance the procedure of implementing formal and informal types of education in an integrated educational system and improve the conditions required for forming this model.

The article is devoted to studying the history of compound words in the Khakas language. The authors consider the Khakas linguistics to be poor in studies of compound words, including the history of studying. The results of the research can be used when studying morphology and syntax of the Turkic languages, particularly, the Khakass language.

The article carries out an analytical review of different approaches to defining the “green economy” phenomenon. The main fields and ways of using this term are described. The existing environmental management tools (environmental impact assessment, certification, auditing and the best available techniques) do not allow to evaluate environmental compatibility of projects and technologies, and are not able to specify the ways of their optimization. The authors suggest estimates of non-wastes, specific consumption, ecological and economical effectiveness, land capacity. The efficiency of reducing their values to a single integral component was proved in the article.

The article outlines the results of studying the major problems concerning supporting competitiveness and quality of dairy products in the Crimea. В данной статье автором рассматривается вопрос автоматизации процессов содержания и подготовки поголовья лошадей. Исследователем проанализированы причины необходимости автоматизации данных процессов и выработаны рекомендаций для достижения оптимального результата в поставленной задаче. Результатом исследования является готовая нетиповая конфигурация – управление конноспортивным клубом.

Особую актуальность приобретает разработка новых подходов к построению управленческой модели методической службы в школе, направленной на повышение эффективности работы педагогов и самой методической работы в целом. В статье представлена модель управленческой деятельности методической службы и описаны условия, повышающие эффективность ее работы.
