«ENEMY AND ALLY: PROPAGANDA IMAGES OF WORLD WAR II IN THE USA»

This article analyzes the process of forming images of an enemy and an ally in American propaganda during the Second World War. Special attention is paid to methods of creating a negative image of opponents, including Germany, Japan and Italy, as well as a positive image of allies such as Great Britain and the USSR. The article examines the propaganda tools used by the American authorities, including cinematography, print media, radio, and posters. It also examines the transformation of propaganda images depending on the course of the war and political circumstances.

The article focuses on the main driving forces that force telecom operators to introduce the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress into their networks and provide subscribers with new opportunities and advantages. One of the latest advances in the world of telecommunications is the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). Based on literary sources, a review of the IMS concept is carried out, the main ideas embodied by it are highlighted. The paper provides a solution for the implementation of virtual IMS technology in the telecommunications network infrastructure, defines the main network equipment on which the functional components of the vIMS network are implemented.

«Mediation in Russia: problems and prospects of its development»

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of mediation procedure development. The Mediation Institute has come a long way to development until it was consolidated on a legislative basis, but still far from perfect, which hinders its effective application and its tasks, in particular: to be an alternative to the judiciary, thereby reducing the burden on courts and judges, from a large the number of cases that can be resolved using the mediation procedure. The author provides an opportunity to improve the mediation procedure by introducing amendments and additions to the legislation on mediation.

Various forms of deviant behavior of adolescents are now a major problem. It can be expressed in a variety of ways, from a teenager running away from home to robbery or murder. Analysis of research is clearly insufficient to effectively address deviant behavior. It is necessary to minimize conflicts and reduce aggressiveness of parties to conflict in educational institutions. The modern school is filled with various kinds of conflict interactions. It is therefore becoming increasingly clear that effective conflict resolution techniques are required. One such modern method, in our opinion, is mediation.

The article is devoted to the selection and updating of the training content of future media industry specialists. Since the rapid transformation of traditional media dictates the need to clarify and modernize the concepts of the media industry, updating of the substantive component of training is a priority for educational activities. Analyzing the processes of mass media development, the author considers a number of specific features underlying the principles of online media functioning; explores the concept of interaction between online media and the modern consumer; structural and technological transformations affecting the principles of content creation and associated with monetization. The questions discussed in the article will allow participants in the learning process to understand the multidimensionality of the modern mass media and to set guidelines for further research.

В статье рассматриваются возможности и преимущества социальных сетей в продвижении нового продукта; подчеркивается, что на данный момент потребитель мало знаком не только с продуктом компании, но и, в целом, слабо себе представляет, что такое «Умный дом». Поэтому, продвижение такого инновационного продукта требует новых, нестандартных решений. В статье отмечается, что необходимо не только показать, как работает продукт, но и сформировать потребительский спрос, а также вести диалог с потребителем, отвечая на все интересующие его вопросы. Решением данных проблем является SMM – Social Media Marketing.
