The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the activity of regional banks in modern conditions. The article analyzes the types of services that are most relevant to the nature of the activities of the clients of regional banks, but also to prevent the likelihood of financial losses as a result of shortfall in profits or direct losses associated with the impact of factors of general economic, political and social development of the country.

The article is devoted to searching the rhetorical ideal of current time. It is proposed to compare the criteria of the rhetorical ideal of antiquity, Russian eloquence and historical changes in the understanding and the assessment of this category. This article deals with «the efficiency of the educational process» and «criterion» concepts and the term «indicators». The author designated the requirements for evaluating the criteria of the effectiveness of developed problem-based learning technology at college and showed the most important options of evaluating the effectiveness of problem-based learning technologies implementation in teaching at college, from his point of view. The list of indicated parameters can serve as a mean of evaluation the effectiveness of educational technology in general, and of a specific training session on the subject.

The article considers methods evaluating the performance of civil servants. In today's world, functioning of civil service efficiency is not possible without the participation of public servants, achieved goals and objectives of public authorities. Basically, the result of their activity depends on their own interest in the qualitative performance of official duties, the ability to take the initiative and apply professional knowledge and skills.

The article considers foundations of practical implementing the methods of diagnosing and evaluating the results of the leveled significance of formed components that are activity elements of competence of BE students.

The authors investigated physical development of kindergarten preparatory group children by recording anthropometric indicators and using Romberg tests to assess balance. Deviations in the harmonious development of children with musculoskeletal system disorders were revealed, as well as the decline in motor coordination indicators. A selection of developmental / remedial exercises for prevention of of the musculoskeletal system disorders in children was carried out.
