The article presents anti-crisis program to minimize risks of psychological security of educational environment at the professional educational organization. The authors justify the relevance of this question for educational institution of the system of professional education. They also give the results of the study of assessing the psychological safety of the educational environment (I.A. Baeva’s questionnaire) on the example of a group of students according to the main diagnostic indicators (attitude toward the educational environment, the essential characteristics of the educational environment and their satisfaction and protection from psychological violence during interaction). The risks and threats to the safety of the educational environment have been identified. The authors have developed the plan on the minimization, which defines types of assistance, personal responsibility, time frame and evaluation criteria. The planned results of approbation of the anti-crisis program within the framework of the professional educational organization have been formulated.

The article presents the experience of the organization of elective courses for preprofile preparation of pupils, which allows you to consciously choose the future professional area. The implementation of modern fiscal policy is only possible under an active use of finance. They affect dynamic development of small businesses, taking into account its importance from the economic, political, scientific and technical and social points of view in market economy. The monograph presents the experience of the Rostov Region in the context of fiscal and taxation support, which is going to be useful for students, academics and practitioners. It is proposed to develop common criteria for granting state and tax support to small businesses, to establish a unified mechanism for collecting insurance premiums for all tax payers under special tax regimes, to improve certain elements of the patent taxation system, which activates the stimulating role of finance in the development of this sector.

The research presented in the article is aimed at revealing common main tendencies of agricultural development considered in the light of one of the pressing problems of modern Russia – the problem of import substitution. The methodological basis of the article was the monographic, statistical, logical and other methods of analysis. The main approaches to understanding the concept of «import substitution» are presented in view of the multiple interpretations. The main problems in the sphere of agricultural production have been revealed, hampering the process of import substitution. The results of the work can be used to further study and conduct a deeper analysis of the current state of import substitution of food and agricultural raw materials in Russia.

The article presents the program “Chemical composition of food” in Microsoft Excel. Necessary indicators of the program are the theoretical quantity of added ingredients in the meal. This program starts to work automatically, designating nutritional value of food and a practical percentage value of the added ingredients.

The article researches the equation with infinite degrees of stairs (tetration). Tetration is not an elementary function, so the application to the solution of the arguments, that are suitable for algebraic and transcendental functions, leads to erroneous and paradoxical conclusion. The work presents the numerical analysis of the set of solutions of the equation with titration and makes some conclusions of the solvability of the problem for different values of the right-hand side of the equation.
