The article discusses crimes in the field of sports law, relevance in modern times. Types of crimes in the sphere of sport, as well as their legal regulation and the need to improve the regulatory framework of sports law.

In this research the author investigates the question of series of press-up execution influence at unstable platform on myographic indexes of muscle work at corpus and shoulder girdle and also 6-week training including this exercise on unstable support and its influence on the growth dynamics of force abilities. As the author marks, 10 students of a sport high school took part in the research. They registrated electromyogram from 6 muscles while performing a set of 10 press-ups at stable and unstable platform. The same exercise was has been working out during 6 weeks to develop force endurance. Before and after trainings the respondents carried out tests in the exercise press-up "to the limit" and on press of a stationary cross-bar at tenzoplatform to registrate maximum arbitrary force. After 6 weeks of training the trainees definitely improved their indicators of their force endurance and arbitrary force.

This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

The article reviews the purpose and tasks of satellite monitoring of railway transport, reveals the development of global satellite navigation systems of the US, Russia, EU and China – space and user segments; of ground telecommunications satellite systems – control segments of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou; domestic developments in satellite technology. The article studied the choice of parameters for the hopper car for transportation the most popular grain cargoes and on the basis of this calculated the required fleet. The authors point out the economic feasibility of the purchase of specialized cars only in case when the total value of required depot of cars, which is calculated by increasing the proportion of «light» cargo in the total cargo turnover, is lower for specialized cars than for universal.

This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. The aim of this study was to examine the features of emotional intelligence among university students of study program "Physical education and sport". To achieve this goal Schutte Self-Report Inventory was employed. The results showed that female students have a higher ability to understand emotions, and male students – to manage their emotions.
